You are our guests and your comfort is our priority. You will have private access to the entire unit.

I`m here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I`m only a phone call/message away.
You will be able to check yourself is upon arrival
-Please do not ring neighbors` doorbells. We have received many complaints about these incidents.

- Check-in is possible at any time after 4 pm. Maximum check-out time is 11:00 am. You can request to arrive before 4:00 pm or to leave after 11:00 am for an additional fee but we cannot guarantee this request :)

- It is necessary to mention at the time of booking if you are coming with a pet, otherwise the booking may be cancelled without refund.

- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty. But since I`m cool, I only allow electronic cigarettes :)

- If a late departure or damage results in a direct refund or reduction for the next reservation, you will be required to pay this amount.

- Have fun! But excessive noise is not allowed in the unit for the tranquility of neighbors. Violation of this rule after two warnings will result in a $500 penalty and immediate eviction without refund.

- Any make-up or oil stains not removed from sheets and/or pillows will be charged. A $50 fee will be charged to replace stained sheets.

- If you notice any furniture or amenities in the apartment not working or broken, please let us know within 24 hours of your arrival. Otherwise, the complaint will not be taken into consideration.

- When you make a reservation with me, you agree to all the above apartment rules.

Great Little Place on St.Denis

Jordan was a great host—easy to get a hold of and message with. The accommodation was clean, quiet and had comfortable beds. We’ll be staying here again. Thank you for hosting such a great place!

The property was lovely. It slept 4 adults very easily. It was clean and the location was excellent. Even when there was a minor hiccup with the entry code, it quickly addressed. There are 2 metro stops that are less than 10 minutes from the property. There is lots to do, see, eat within easy walking distance. Schwartz’s smoked meat is only 8 minutes away…if that’s on your itinerary. I would happily stay there again.

Fabulous suite and location

We stayed here for 6 days on a family vacation in August. The suite was exactly as pictures and described—bright, clean and spacious. Our host was so great—very friendly and always quick to communicate. The location is perfect—close to endless amazing cafes, restaurants and shops, as well as a short walk to the metro. We would happily stay here again!

Great place great location.

The place was in such a great location and the pictures reflect with accuracy what the apartment looks like inside. Everything was super easy. The check-in process was seamless great instructions. I made the mistake of not adding my dog to the original. List but I let the owner know that I had a dog so it turned out to be OK and he was flexible with the way the payment process works for having dogs. You cannot beat the location! It is truly a great area and we really loved being there. The parking in the area is a little tricky once you figure it out. It’s easy. it does have stairs and no elevator, that was fine, and it might have been said in the listing, but I wasn’t aware and I have a senior dog so it made it a little challenging for us just because of that fact. If it was just me and my friend, it wouldn’t have been an issue . Thanks! Great super fun. You’ll love it there!

Check in process was a pain. The place was run down and the host took money out of my bank that I did not authorize. When I tried to reach out he was not able to tell me why 570 plus was taken out nor has it been returned. If this was a security deposit, I was not informed this would occur and the host was not aware. We have checked out and he still has not responded about this money. We left it spotless so there should not be any issues.
