Everything there was fairly nice and I don’t have any complaints about the property, location, or cleanliness. My family’s huge issue was with the bogus vrbo listing. It clearly said that one bedroom had a queen bed and the other bedroom had two beds, which is why I reserved it. When I checked in the worker at the front desk told me that there was no way we could get a room with two beds because they were all sold out. I responded with “but I specifically reserved a place that had the appropriate number of beds for my family.” They told me that was vrbo’s mistake, not theirs. In the end I felt like I paid for something that I did not get, which certainly seems like it would be illegal in the USA.
So, instantly I went from feeling like I had rented a very comfortable, nice place for my family to feeling like I had been tricked and now my family is going to be bummed!
