Lakeshore Villa, Boat for Rent, Hot Tub!

At the Lakeshore Villa, you will enjoy kayaking off 175ft of private Lake Charlevoix frontage and watching the waves from panoramic views of the lake. Walk into an open concept kitchen, dining and living room. The dining room table offers seating for up to six guest. The Villa boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lakeside deck and a hot tub. Sorry no A/C at this home. No tying boats to the dock.

24/7. Front door uses keypad entry.
Parking available in driveway.

We live nearby so we can be available on site if needed.

Please message, text or call with any questions. We are available 24/7, but please respect reasonable hours of 8am-9pm unless it's urgent. We want you to have everything you need to enjoy our home and do everything in our power to ensure that is the case!

Just outside of town, amongst many beautiful Lake Charlevoix homes in Boyne City, MI.

Short Drive to Boyne City or the Ironton Ferry.

The Villa is thoughtfully decorated with a blend of charm and modern comfort, with a many recent updates. One of which is yet to come! The common bathroom is in the final stages of a complete overhaul so there will be more photos coming soon. Large panoramic lake view windows allow natural light to flood the common living space. Comfortable furnishings make the interior a cozy haven. The kitchen offers a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and an espresso maker.

There is direct access to the Lake across the street. Spend your days swimming, kayaking, or simply lounging on the private dock (Please contact us about bringing your own boat) . Or stay on grounds and enjoy the relaxing hot tub on the large deck while entertaining. We are very close to a public boat launch (at Sommerset Yacht Club - $10 daily launch) as well as Whiting Park which has the best local beach around!

There is a small free flowing stream in the backyard, please watch young children, and we suggest bringing bug spray.

4 car max. Parking in the garage is allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS LISTING REQUIRES GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY HOLD, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED 21+
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit Hold in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules / Manual.

Nice large house but no air conditioning and the need to open the windows made it difficult to keep the road noise out. Great kitchen and three nice bedroom s. Ample space for parking. Great local restaurants. Very responsive property management. Happy overall.

Lovely property…perhaps a dedication to its preservation would be welcomed…not a big fan of the “NoMe” interaction, while the back door lock and door screen, unfortunately, was in need of repair. WD40 eased the skids on the door…finishing the painting of the outside would give it a finished look but all said, it was a lovely property. Grateful for a month of memories, smiles & joy! Thank you!!

We checked in late due to a family emergency. It was nice to come to a clean house with everything we needed. We didn't see that the house had no AC... so the rooms were stuffy at night. One room has no window. Fans helped a bit. I also didn't look closely enough at the pictures to see that the busy road was between the house and lake. It seems to be common in this area. We missed it. The traffic is fast. I'd be careful crossing with children. The owners clearly are working hard to make sure that needs are met and happy to make improvements. It wasn't a quiet retreat, but it was fairly comfortable. The appliances are new. Cooking was easy. Great location near Boyne City and Petosky.

Nice lake ok house

It is a great location with a great view of the lake. House needs a lot of work, side door handle falls off and every window crank falls off as well. Bed mattress had a large yellow urine stain and house smelled musty. There is no AC we wanted to open up windows however some of the rooms did not have any and with the rooms that did have windows they would not open without the crank falling off. Living room was pleasant with big windows to see the lake but the north and south windows did not have window treatments for privacy. We rented the pontoon from the property owners and it was a great experience. Our whole family enjoyed the boat and had great customer service when we ran into a slight issue, the boat owner Will acted quickly and professionally on a Sunday to help us resolve our slight issue with the boat and furthered our great experience on the lake.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Boyne City is a community of mixed travel. This home is set amongst a charming Boyne City neighborhood. Streets are lined with sidewalks where people say hello to one another while walking their dogs. We welcome guests that travel from all over to enjoy the natural beauty of northern Michigan. Of course one of our favorites is beautiful Lake Charlevoix which sits right outside your door. We have pontoon boats available for rent as well as a MOBILE SAUNA large enough for your whole group! Inquire for more info.

No cats allowed
There is a pet fee of $125. We love dogs, but realize that not all of our guests do. We work hard to make sure there is no evidence after each four legged guest so we have the following rules:

1. No dogs on the furniture.
2. You must clean up all waste in the yard. If not, a fee of $50-$100 will be charged.
3. Dogs must not be left alone at the house unless crated.
4. The pet fee you paid covers your dog’s stay. Any additional cleaning required (hair, paw prints, dirt, etc) because of your dog will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. We do have cleaning supplies available at the house, so if there is a need to clean up after your dog, you’ll have the opportunity. Please DO NOT wash/dry comforters. Again, we just ask that pets are not on the beds (or any furniture).
5. 1 dog max. No cats allowed, sorry.
