Room was better than expected, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Even the sofa bed was one of the nicer ones I’ve experienced. Resort had plenty of amenities, food choices and location was right next to all Disney parks. Staff was friendly and room was quiet even with lots of kids around and renovations ongoing. Definitely recommend and will be back

The check-in process took much longer than anticipated but everything else was great. Allow at least 30 minutes to complete the checkin process which includes being hassled to attend the timeshare presentation. Just keep saying no and eventually they’ll let you on your way.

Love this resort!

This is a great place to stay when visiting the parks. Wish they didn’t have to give the time-share spiel.

Loved having the extra space in our 2 bedroom condo. Great for the kids . Lots of pools and activities for whole family. Only complaint: Carpet was outdated and had an odor and didn’t appreciate the “pressure sales “ to attend the timeshare meeting . Called 3 times trying to get us to go and charged our card an extra 40 to attend a meeting we had no interest in. Hoping it’s refunded like they say.

Great family 2/2 in the center of Disney/Orlando

Great two bedroom, two bath with nice kitchen. Pool and facilities are great. We would loved it.

Our reservation was canceled by the owner at the eleventh hour, well after we had already left for our destination. Absolutely could not be more dissatisfied with the entire experience top to bottom.

Family Vacation

We took a quick trip to the property before school started up for the year. The check-in process was very quick. Rooms were very clean. Staff was helpful and courteous. Only downsides were the water slides and a couple of the pools were closed, but that was expected with Covid related precautions in place. Overall, great experience, would recommend.

Worst service ever

I did NOT end up staying at the property because we were “relocated” 40 minutes from our initial rental which we were not informed of prior to us arriving and NOT acceptable to where we wanted to be in location to our weekend itinerary. I will be filing a complaint to get a refund as not one person, the VRBO representative nor the host were helpful.

I love staying at the Wyndham grand Orlando bonnet creek resort it is close to everything the property is gorgeous and you have all the amenities of home in their condo apartments

Beautiful property. So much to do, comfortable as home! Kids love it too!

We absolutely love this property! The rooms are very spacious, beds are comfy. The amenities on property are wonderful! Our teens love being able to go down to the pools and pool hop! There’s plenty to keep them busy without Eve leaving the property! The planned activities are fun for our grandkids too! It’s great to relax and know you don’t have to worry where your kids are. We love the family environment. Escuados has a delicious breakfast the servers are very accommodating and friendly. All the staff great you with a smile no matter what time of day! If you need something you can call and they will provide! When we stay here we always invite our older children to join us and they love this place too! It so convenient to all the Disney venues and you can get from the resort to any park in 15min or less! We truly enjoy lots of R&R during our stays!

Great

This is a great property. Rooms are asssigned when u check in. You can try to request specific buildings. Some buildings have pools in back, some do not. We stayed in building 3, which shares a pool with building 2. Our room/condo was just brand newly renovated. Very comfy beds.
