Great location! Perfect accommodations.

We were only there for one night, but the location was great and the unit was very spacious. It was perfect for our needs.

Great view and friendly service

This place was great for us. It is 3-4 blocks from incredible food and shops. The only bummer was that there was a broken elevator when we stayed at the hotel. Schlepping our belongings upstairs was a challenge. They have underground parking onsite.

Location Location

This was an absolutely amazing stay, above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The location was perfect next to everything and such beautiful view. Even the cookies were perfect. We will be back!

We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We sat on the roof top deck every night, suite was spacious, clean and bed was super comfy. Location was great with easy access to the trolly and wharf. We walked to Trader Joe’s for a few snacks, breakfast items and wine for our room. Overall I give this property two thumbs up!

Location, view, brand new

Simply the location can’t be beat. The suite was freshly renovated and super clean. The rooftop patio gives you 360 degree views of the bay. The front desk clerks were full of great suggestions to make your stay amazing.

WONDERFUL

Perfect location. Super clean. As described by the website plus MORE. It was only two of us, but easily could have accommodated a family. Hot water, comfortable bed/pillows. Balcony, chairs, table with each room. Warm cookies every evening. Full set of dishes/cookware. Close to public transportation and minimart if needed. Would definitely stay again. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Centrally located!

Nice suites/hotel stay. It would’ve been a 5/5 if it wasn’t for the “elephants” in the unit above us. Kinda thin walls, as we could hear people walking, talking, coughing, & TV on. If we return we will try for a 3rd floor suite.

Great place to stay in San Francisco

Location is perfect. Wonderful service from the staff. Everything you need is there. Charming older decor, which I appreciate. 2 complaints: 1. There is a sales person on site that called us 3 times from 9pm-9:30pm our first night trying to get us to listen to a seminar/sales pitch with free breakfast, to buy a timeshare with this company. Not appreciated , nor expected when this room was booked.I wish someone would of let us know that we would be pestered on our vacation. 2.There is a very troubled homeless man that stays outside this property all day and night. This gentleman gets into frenzy and will scream obscenities at any time for a sustained amount of time, once at 2 am and you can hear him very clearly inside this building. When he is not walking around yelling, he can be found across the street sitting on steps staring.He can be very scary. I'm not sure why this business/neighborhood tolerates this behavior. It seems like he would drive business away. We also heard other people talking outside at all hours, but they do move on. Other than those 2 issues, we really liked this place. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Its a unique little apartment.They even have a water purifier machine. Everything was thought of. Fisherman's Wharf is in walking distance as is a Cable car stop. We would stay here again.

Emplacement idéal, proche de Hyde St Pier, des loueurs de vélo, du cable car, du tramway, de la zone animée des Piers... Super terrasse avec vue panoramique sur le Golden Gate, Alcatraz,... L'accueil est très bon et les suites confortables. Nous recommandons!

Location with a view

The location is absolutely perfect being just a couple blocks from the wharf, but my favorite part was the incredible roof top deck with views of Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge, and everything in between.

Comfortable stay in a great location

We were close to everything- easy walks to great restaurants and coffee shops, Fisherman’s Wharf, Ghirardelli Square, Fort Mason and the cable car stops in front of the building. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings attractive. We would stay here again.

Location is perfect

Location means everything and this was perfect. Walk out the door and onto the trolley or Muni. Great restaurants all around us. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to a return trip.
