Nice Condo but this company's fees double the per-night price

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

This is a nice property. We're used to staying further west in PCB but this time of year the location was great. The condo was spacious and clean and the balcony was large and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out there reading during our down time. The bed in the master was also very comfortable, we slept quite well. The only downside were the fees from this rental company, they literally doubled the per-night price. There was a $53 "convenience fee", a $99 reservation fee, an $89 damage waiver, $40 for parking and $235 for "housekeeping." We get a two story, four bedroom house cleaned for less than that.All-in-all a good experience but I'd think twice before using this company again because of all the fees (these were in addition to the VRBO fee, BTW).
