Nice location

The location is really close to the parkway and easy access to everything without being in the middle of everything. The online listing is absolutely nothing like the room we ended up with. It was still a fine room for our family but much more cramped than expected. It looks like the pictures online are of the newest buildings and the ones we got were older and smaller. Check in was a nightmare. There were probably 15 people in front of me to check in and it took 30+ minutes. Once I was next in line, the power went out. They actually handled this flawlessly, but still tried to push all the sales gimmicks through the concierge desk “necessary” meeting. There was a nice playground and a decent putt putt course really close to our rooms, so that was nice. We did not use the pools or splash pad but they also looked nice. Overall, would probably come back, but would ask for the rooms pictured in the pictures that is the only thing you can see before you purchase. Also, the check in process needs to be updated or hire more personnel to address the demand.

1 Bedroom Condo Wyndham Smokey Moutain

The condo itself was very nice. It was as described, very clean and well kept. The resort had a lot to offer and to do. The location is close to everything in Seiverville/Pigeon Forge - just expect traffic waits. The back road access to get to the other end of Pigeon Forge is a big plus, but will have to deal with the traffic congestion to get most places. Checking in was bad. The staff could not find our reservation (not sure if the problem was from VacStay or Wyndham's end). We spent 35 - 40 minutes trying to get checked in and to prove we had paid for the reservation even though I had a printed confirmation in hand. We were allowed to check in finally with them holding our credit card number for them to verify payment the next day. We also had to go back the next day to receive our parking pass as those people had left for the evening. We did not receive our call the next morning regarding our reservation so we checked when we went to get our parking pass. We waited between 5-10 minutes at the desk with clerks wondering around. Were finally assisted to be told we had to go some where else to get the parking pass and they seemed clueless as to the trouble with our reservation the night before, but said everything looked fine. Another 10 minute wait at the desk to get the parking pass (they needed more people working) and we were finally able to leave. I did get a call about 2 hours later from the manager confirming that our bill was paid. Not the way you want to start a vacation to get away from stress. We liked the resort itself, but I am not sure if it was worth the hassle for the future .

Seiverville, TN: 1 Bedroom Condo

What an awesome experience...fresh mountain air, harvest colors as the leaves are changing and lots to do. This was weekend getaway for some rest and relaxation. It ended up being so much more. The Wyndham resort was the perfect getaway to unwind. The amenities were perfect. The property was super clean and close to all attractions. I love the fact that the property had daily activities on the property itself for all guests. I'm already planning to return before the year ends. I recommend with property to anyone needing some R & R.
