Hacienda Heights is actaully in the middle of all major attractions with Greater Los Angeles area. We are at the border of Los Angeles County and Orange County(Disney is in OC). Almost same distance to Universal, Disney (slightly closer), Ontario Mall and other attractions and major theme parks and LAX and beaches. WIFI is 200mbp high-speed and free. The closest major freeways are 60 (west-east), 605(north-south), 5(north south).

We loved our stay! The space has a cool retro feel and is perfect for relaxing. The location was super convenient for where we needed to be, and Lin was always quick to get back to us. We did run low on towels for the shower and pool, but since there was laundry on-site, it wasn’t a big deal. Definitely a great stay overall!

This is a wonderful property hidden away in the hills. The home is very spacious and private. The neighborhood is quiet but also very close to many restaurants, shopping malls, and markets. The driveway is big enough to fit two minivans. Check in was very easy and the host is great in communicating. Our family had a wonderful time!

Beautiful house

Beautiful and spacious home, it was perfect for our big family of 14, easy check in, very nice and quiet neighborhood, we have a lot of space to park 3 cars on the driveway, host was very helpful, responded quickly to our questions.

Our host was amazing and very responsive. When we reported a very dirty floor (baby was crawling and feet and hands became black from weeks of not mopping the floor), the host sent the cleaners out right away. The floors were much improved after that.However, sheets were placed on the beds with clumps of hair, a comforter we took out of a closet to use was covered with multiple little fresh stains of (most likely) animal urine, and things were just not that clean.While the host responded well, there should have been someone checking the work of the cleaners.Other than that--we are pretty adaptable and cleaned and washed the sheets ourselves--the property was quiet, pretty secluded and offered a great view. The pool was a big plus. The house was a bit run down, but not horrible. It's to be expected with lots of visitors, especially if it's pet friendly. All in all, if those quality control items are corrected, we'd rent again. Future renters, just ask those questions.

Easy check in process, host was very responsive, and the house was excellent for our 5 nights in LA. We had two toddlers and felt very safe in the neighborhood and found the house to be very accommodating. They even had two high chairs in the dining room. My kids loved the Lightning McQueen bed. The pool was cold but my kids still had fun swimming. We could sometimes hear the neighbors dogs barking from inside the house, especially from the master bedroom but it wasnt too bad. The neighborhood was also very convenient for food, groceries, and gas

Such a lovely home to spend time with family . Lots of space for everyone to gather . Kitchen had all necessities. Restrooms were clean and well stocked . Pet friendly but beware of coyotes. Bbq pit to grill. Very quiet home which was much appreciated. Home away from home . Definitely would stay again. Lots of places to eat near by including markets . Great location
