You won't want to leave this unique, boomerang-shaped abode overlooking Lake Tahoe, featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms, and an amazing lake view.
• MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 10 Persons TOTAL INCLUDING CHILDREN
• PET POLICY: Pets are negotiable with rules and an additional fee of $125 (plus tax) PER PET PER STAY. All pet fees may not be included in the total price shown for your booking and will be automatically added and/or requested separately.
• NO A/C: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans are provided.
• PARKING: Limited to 6 vehicles (fewer when snow conditions exist). Street parking is never permitted.
• DISCLOSURES:
*Exterior Security Cameras Present: 1 above garage towards driveway; 1 above door to back patio towards yard.
*Maximum Daytime Occupancy: 15 TOTAL persons of ANY age. Nighttime occupancy limits begin at 9:00 PM.
*Only the 2 closest garage bays are available for guest use.
* 2 steps are required to access the living room
* No grill currently available
This house has stunning details like the Brazilian Mahogany Wood Floors and a unique front door that emulates sunshine and boasts great style! The ground level of the home is reserved for communal areas and activities, while the upper level houses all four of the sleeping accommodations. "Polaris Place" is just 5 minutes from the heart of Tahoe City, w/various shopping options, a movie theater, restaurants, and a popular public beach. It is also within 30 minutes of multiple ski resorts, including Palisades Tahoe and Northstar Resort.
As you walk through the entrance door, the sunken living area is straight ahead and features two sizable couches for lounging, stone coffee tables, a wood-burning fireplace, plenty of games and books, and access to a wrap-around terrace w/ a breathtaking view of the lake. The kitchen and dedicated dining area are elevated and overlook the living room. Everything you need to prepare a great meal is readily available in the open-concept kitchen that includes an expansive island with a built-in stovetop and griddle. Up to eight guests can eat at the huge wooden dining room table. Next, an indoor/outdoor patio w/sliding glass doors that fully open so you can take in the lake's gorgeous view while working out using the exercise bike, treadmill, or yoga mats provided. On the other side of the living room, you will find a half bathroom and a large laundry room.
Up the carpeted stairs are all 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The first is the enormous Primary bedroom boasting a King sized canopy bed and two rocking chairs positioned to gaze at the stunning floor-to-ceiling views of the Lake. End the day relaxing in the large soaking tub, then curling up next to a fire and a smart TV movie. This Primary's ensuite has a tiled tub, open standup shower, double sink vanity, and a laundry chute to the washroom below. It also has an exit to a private, lake-facing balcony that's only shared w/ guests in the adjacent bedroom.
The spacious second bedroom is just down the hall and features a bunk bed and a Cal King bed, plus balcony access. Its ensuite holds a laundry chute, a big vanity, and a cobalt blue tiled shower-tub combo.
The remaining two bedrooms are located down the hall. The tiny third bedroom is ideal for the kids and has a sturdy bunk bed w/ 2 twins. The fourth and final bedroom is a spacious area featuring a queen-sized bed and its own balcony with views. Once more, this room comes with an ensuite bathroom complete w/ a big vanity and a shower/tub combo.
