DRIVEWAY | ENTRANCE
A private gate & circular drive welcome you to our property. A self-check in door code that will be provided 72 hours prior to arrival.

LIVING ROOM
Cathedral ceilings & sky lights greet you in this epic great room. The room floods with natural light, and has a gas fireplace and access to the screened in porch.

KITCHEN
Our well stocked kitchen has all of the basics and then some! (IE Crockpot, Panini Maker, Toaster Oven, Waffle Maker etc) You’ll enjoy cooking and preparing meals in our open-concept kitchen with bar top for four.

INDOOR/OUTDOOR DINING
Sitting amongst the treetops - the dining space and screened in porch both seat 8 guests. There are also 4 bar stools at the kitchen island for additionally seating.

PRIMARY BEDROOM | Main Level
King bed with a gas fireplace. Walk out to screened-in porch plus direct access to main floor bath.

BATHROOMS | Main & Terrace Levels
There is a full bathroom on the main & terrace level with two entrances (one from the bedroom and one from the hallway.). Both have private toilet/shower room so multiple people can be getting ready at the same time.

TERRACE LEVEL BEDROOMS
Guest Bedroom |1 King bed with entrance to bathroom and a door leading you outside to the hot tub.

Bunk Room | This room has four bunk beds and designed for KIDS ONLY. This is a “secret room" that kids can find via a scavenger hunt This is sure to gain FIVE star approval from your kiddos!

DEN/GAME ROOM
Entertainment for all ages with Shuffle board table, board games, TV and a cozy wood burning fireplace.

RIVER ACCESS
Our property sits on the widest part of Licklog Creek as it merges with the Cartecay River. It’s a slice of paradise at the water's edge with plenty of room to fish, roam & explore, roast s’mores, dip your toes in the crisp water, picnic or simply relax. (Swim at your own risk.) BYOP (Bring Your Own Pole) fish for Trout, Bass and Perch

GUEST ACCESS
The road is gravel and dirt. Sedans should have no issues accessing the cabin. You will have access to the entire cabin, and the number of beds to accommodate the number of guests in your reservation.

HOUSE RULES:
- Guest must be 25 years old or older to book.
- Booking guest must be present on-site and take responsibility for all guest activities
- No Smoking or Vaping anywhere on property (a minimum fee of $800 will be charged for failure to comply)
- No Pets (a minimum fee of $600 will be charged for failure to comply)
- No unregistered guests allowed
- No Firearms or Fireworks allowed.
- No tree carvings/disturbances of tree bark allowed anywhere on our property.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the house and property.
- Leave the home in the same condition as you found it.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
This property is very unique. It's secluded, but close to everything. the drive to the cabin is stunning. The cabin is well appointed, and honestly just so magical at the river front. Come to get away or adventure - there is something for everyone in Ellijay! SECURITY CAMERAS: In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the cabin is equipped with exterior monitoring devices. There are no cameras facing the hot tub.
