Erin was an amazing host!! She was more than accommodating, easy to get ahold of and quick with responses. The home was beautiful, quiet, and cozy. Definitely recommend coming here for family trips, group trips and just because. It was very affordable also to say we went 4th of July weekend.

My partner and I loved this condo! It was the perfect size for us and great distance from the beach/tourist destinations. It is in more of a residential area, which was nice because it was quiet at night. There is also a coffee shop right next to the condo!! My favorite part of this condo was the pool. It was super clean, and everytime we used it we were the only people there! Overall it’s an amazing condo!

Overall this is a great spot for a vacation to Gulf Shores, the kitchen is well stocked for any cooking needs and the beds are all very comfortable. The pool is steps outside and great for kids with younger families as it does not go deeper than 5 feet and has a wonderful shallow ledge. The location is a quick 5/10 min drive to beach access and the rest of the area attractions. If you plan a longer stay the laundry is Coin operated so plan ahead. Overall experience with staying and interaction with the host is 10/10.

Talk about a nice vacation

The property was so nice and cute. The beds were amazing. The pool was so nice and my 4 year old loved the ledges where she could stand and jump in. Location wise it was nice, short walk to grocery stores, quick drive to the beach. This was an phenomenal stay.

First time in Gulf Shores

We were drawn in by the pool. The shallow ledge offered a great option for our 2 year old to enjoy the pool without being held the whole time. The condo was perfect for our family and the amount of time we were visiting. We would love to stay again the next time we visit Gulf Shores.

Close to everything

We loved this place and location. It was close to everything. We had a family reunion and had 15 people at one location and 6 at this location. The beds were comfortable and the pool was great. Our host was awesome. She reached out to us a few days prior to vacation and again the day before checkout to see if we needed anything. We would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation

The property was perfect! It was clean, cozy, and in the perfect area. We were not in an area that holds a lot of traffic at all! The entire complex was so cute and felt really homey. Erin was great and communicated with us to make sure we had a nice stay! This was the perfect get away trip for me and my fiancé and the condo was a big part of that! We will definitely be using her again in the future.

Excellent

I had a fantastic stay at this rental! The place was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh the moment I walked in. Check-in and check-out were both seamless and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The amenities were great. I really appreciated the convenience of the laundry room and the ice machine. The pool was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed: pots, pans, dishes, cups, and more.Overall, this rental was amazing and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an stress-free, quality stay.

Quiet, clean, and precious

We stayed here for our Perfect Game World Series in July. Condo was close proximity to a ton of great places to eat and local high schools (baseball). Very quiet, clean and well decorated. The AC is the real MVP in this heat and boy, it sure did do its job. Laundry is coin operated but that is not a deal breaker for the great location, easy accessibility, and cleanliness of this condo. You won’t be disappointed with this rental.

It cannot be understated how charming and convenient Island Villa is for a traveling family whether it's for a sports tournament or a beach trip. Understand first that this property is a renovated and updated motel from many decades ago that has stood the test of time with good reason. This was the second time my family has stayed in this very unit - which is by complete happenstance, and it's earned a very special place in our hearts because of it all. Within walking distance you'll find restaurant and beverage options to suit any pallet; even a gourmet coffee shop just around the corner! The pool and deck area are ready for a grill-out and provide a beautiful alternative if your crew simply wants to "hang out" for a day.ProTip: Make a tradition of picking one day per trip, maybe the day with the least favorable weather, stay in and bake a lasagna - which the kids will love and Island Villa #7 kitchen is ready for just that! It's cozy, safe, private, comfy, and worth far more than "the price of admission" - and has all the intangibles a discerning guest would expect in the area market. ProTip: Bring your quarters for the coin laundry out back, but this is NOT a detractor when one considers the space savings, security, and quality of the service available.Island Villa: AAAProperty Host: AAAMemories worth repeating: AAAIf you pass on this hidden gem this property for your Gulf Shore/Orange Beach/Ft Morgan trip, it is YOUR fault. HUGE THANKS to our host!

Small complaint

The master bedroom didnt have a TV…..No curtains or blinds at the balcony door in the back. You can see right in. The knob to control the water in the tub needs to replaced. Over all it was ok. The property was clean

We loved our stay here. The location was convenient to everything, close to the beach. My kids really enjoyed the pool which was perfect for kids because the deepest part was just under 5 ft. My toddler enjoyed the ledge on the side of the pool and spent a good amount of time jumping into it. The property was clean and quiet. Definitely enjoyed the privacy. Our host was amazing as well, communication was clear and open between us.
