Peaceful and charming little cabin. Only minutes from Winnsboro. Huge yard that’s great for the kids. This open floor plan cabin is great for couples or little families. It sleeps four comfortably with one queen size bed and hide a bed sofa. James’ cabin has everything that you need including kitchenette, WIFI a Roku TV. This place also has covered parking.

Amazing Tiny House

This little house was perfect for my little family while we were visiting family for a reunion. It was clean, comfortable, relaxing, ac worked amazing, beautiful country views. Definitely a 10/10 for our short getaway.

Amazingly clean and well stocked with most anything you need to have a good stay. The AC kept the cabin very comfortable and while I am an incredibly light sleeper the provided box fan easily masked the small amount of road noise. Very nice sunsets and the skies are dark for star viewing. You are in the edge of a field and other than a little road noise here or there it’s super nice to sit outside.
The cabin is clean and neat inside and out. You won’t be disappointed in your stay here.

The cabin looked better than the pictures showed! Very clean and made up fully for use like it was our own home away from home ❤️ located right off of the main highway it has covered parking that is a raised private driveway and safe it’s safe away from traffic. All the appliances worked like new, * this cabin did not include a washer or dryer but I was totally fine without one. TV and internet worked great, the cabin was cool when we got there (which was appropriate for the conditions) and the ac/heater worked great!! Bed was so Comfy ❤️ landscape was manicured no mud holes anywhere. Bathroom and kitchen were clean. The value for the cost was such a better idea than the other options for hotel stay in the area. Thank you so much to my hostess Amy! Can’t wait to stay again!
