Recently built and fully furnished, in an excellent location at a walking distance to the city center and the coastline this apartment offers very relaxing views to the Rio de la Plata whilst offering all the comfort of a modern building.

Smoking in the apartment is not allowed, there is a balcony but smokers must not bring their cigarettes inside.
