Wickenburg's #1 Family Getaway - The Ranch House

Welcome to Wickenburg's #1 Family Getaway located in the heart of Horse Country in downtown Wickenburg. Our horse properties are located off Hwy 60 near Safeway and Tractor Supply on PAVED ROADS!

We have 2 houses on the property and (10) 14x20 covered horse pens with hay storage & (2) 30x30 pens.

Horse pens and RV space are an additional cost. RV Space could be rented during your stay.

*Arena is being built March 2024 Equip and workers will be on site, 8am to 4pm various days.
The space
Main House has three bedrooms with 1 King Bed, 3 Queens and comfortable couches. The main house is very large and will accommodate families who wish to share space. There is sleeping for 8 people, but we can accomodate larger families where kids are able to sleep on couches, air mattresses or in their living quarter horse trailers.

We also have (5) 14x20 Horse Pens available for rent along with covered hay storage and a full hook up RV Space. The outdoor entertainment area is huge with a full western bar, non heated pool, pool table and dining area. If you have kids, horses or large groups - we are you destination property for FUN!

Horse rate is $20 per horse per night with Reservation.

RV Rate is $50 per night with Reservation.

Horse and RV accommodations are billed separately and not part of your VRBO reservation.

Through April of 2023, we have an onsite caretaker who is staying in the guest house who can be hired to clean pens, perform daily chores such as housekeeping, grocery shopping, errands and etc.

GUEST HOUSE IS ON A SEPERATE LISTING. GUESTS MUST COMMUNICATE WITH OWNER BEFORE BOOKING AS OUR RENTAL IS AVAILABLE TO FAMILIES AND GOOD FRIENDS WHO WILL RESPECT AND LOVE OUR PROPERTY AND HOMES.

Other things to note
We have two houses for rent on the property and both can be rented by multiple families wishing to share space. Each home has it's own VRBO listing.

We are a horse property located in downtown Wickenburg off Hwy 60 approx. 1.8 miles from Rancho Rio, Simpson's Arena and Downtown Arena. We are near Tractor Supply and Safeway and have excellent access on paved roads with ample room for additional horse trailers, trucks and etc.

Our property is very large to accommodate groups and large families.
