I feel so bad for not giving so good ratings to the place we stayed last weekend.
--Advertising as a 4 BR, 12 person accommodation. However dining room is converted into a 4th bedroom without windows, closet, or even a door for bedroom privacy. This room has a bunk bed and with a dangerously located light fixture above ladder leading to upper bed. See picture # 4 - behind the curtain is the 4th bedroom. Picture # 15 is the actual inside of the 4th bedroom. Building code violation to call it a bedroom ?
--1st floor bedroom door without inside privacy lock for couples.
--There is no formal dining area. Dining at the kitchen island can sit only 4 people.
--The furniture in the living room was of a poor quality and inadequate even for 8 people, no center table.1st floor game room had a useless damaged center table, with missing glass and dangerously loose legs.
--Outdoor furniture on the rooftop was dirty and moldy.
--There were mismatching curtains (fabric & hardware) all over the house. Curtains going to the game room were lingering 2-3 feet on the ground with fall hazard.
--Kitchen did not have enough pots, pans, proper size pots and tableware to cook for 12 people, One had a broken handle.
--Deceptive photos. This town home had a total of 3 levels and a rooftop which is not mentioned in the description. Bed layout shows king, queen, single beds. Photos show bunk beds.
--I am hoping that the host makes a serious note of the above issues.
