📜 HOUSE RULES & AGREEMENT (MANDATORY)

Respect neighbors at all times.
Maximum 8 people total on the property at any time (including visitors).
No unregistered guests. Violation results in $50 per person per night OR immediate cancellation without refund.
No parties, events, or gatherings.
No illegal activity or drugs.
No tampering with security devices.
Do not touch or adjust the projector or projector screen.
No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
Do not move furniture.
🔊 NOISE
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Loud music is allowed only in the basement—never outdoors or upstairs.
🚗 PARKING & PROPERTY
Driveway parking only (fits 6–8 cars).
No street parking.
No grass parking.
No smoking or vaping indoors.
Stairs are required to access the basement.
🧹 CLEANING & FEES
Early or late check-in/out requires approval and may include a fee.
For stays over 7 days, optional cleaning, laundry, and linen replacement are available upon request for an additional fee.
⚖️ LEGAL NOTICE – INDIANA LAW
This booking is SHORT-TERM LODGING ONLY under Indiana Code Title 32.
Even if the stay exceeds 30 days:
No lease is created
No landlord-tenant relationship exists
No residency or tenant rights apply
Guest must vacate the property on the checkout date.
Any attempt to remain beyond checkout will be considered unauthorized occupancy.
💳 PAYMENTS
No cash, check, wire, or off-platform payments are accepted.
All payments must remain on the booking platform.
