Bedrooms: Enjoy a restful night's sleep in the king bed of the oceanfront primary bedroom or the two double beds in the second bedroom. Additional sleeping space is available with a comfortable queen sofa bed in the living room.

Indoor Pool and Hot Tub: Unwind and relax in the building's indoor pool or indulge in the soothing indoor hot tub after a day of sun and sand.
PLEASE NOTE: The indoor pool and hot tub will be closed until the end of June.

Full Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and everything you need for a home-cooked feast.

Included:
-Linens for each bed
-Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth)
-A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the trash chute.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
