Great for FAMILY, STR Groups, Off-Road Teams & Vacation Rental LTR WORKFORCE: Construction Crews, Fiber Optic workers & Miners. LARGE Parking on-site. House:1 level, spacious Livingroom & Kitchen, large Patio & relaxing Mountain Views. Prop. 2+ acres. Home is very Clean & Safe (Security Cameras outside). In GUEST MODE enjoy ROKU TV., NO Parties!

LONG TERM RENTAL WELCOME for WORKFORCE. We offer “FREE” basic weekly Cleaning Services for Long Term Rental (28 plus days/LTR) ONLY. Please INQUIRE for more details! We are only a message away for your comfort & convenience via Vrbo so you can enjoy your vacation.
PLEASE NOTE /House Rules :
On-site parking & driving only on the long gravel driveway and on the covered gravel parts on the backside of the house of this huge over 2 acres private property. Driving and parking is ONLY allowed on the gravel area. NO PARKING and NO DRIVING on any other part of the property. These rules apply to the front of the house as well. All spaces Inside/outside locked are for owner’s use only. RV hookup needs prior written authorization.
Pets: Small Pets (dogs only) allowed; no dogs over 20 lbs. Additional dogs up to 3 small dogs will require an additional deposit, $100 per dog, please contact host.
INFANT/TODDLER: Baby bath (Per Request), Baby monitor (Per Request) Baby safety gates, Crib / Travel Crib (Per Request) (Linens Extra Fees), Toddler Utensils/Plates/Cups, Babysitter Recommendations upon Request.

Long Term Rental / Long-Term Stays (28 plus days): before check-in, we require a Valid Photo ID for added Security Benefits, a Security Deposit of $250, and a signed Rental Agreement to comply with local laws. For Long Term Rental / Long-Term Stays we require a signed lease upon booking confirmation. A Link for your Digital Signature on the lease agreement will be provided to you after the booking confirmation.
We offer FREE basic weekly Cleaning Services for Long Term Rental Guests ONLY to make your stay more comfortable. Please inquire for more details. We care.

Driving instructions and how to enter "KEYLESS" our safe & tidy clean family friendly home are always sent out “on time”. We welcome each guest with a special gift basket at the time of arrival. And we maintain high cleaning standards for our guests to enjoy the entire stay and to come back and refer our Pahrump Vacation House #1.

WORKFORCE Rental the LONG TERM RENTAL for the "Workforce" (i.e. MINERS, Construction & Fiber Optics Crews) is providing a comfortable home where you recharge after a long day of work.

We as a family love Pahrump in Nevada and are proud to be part of this wonderful loving community, a jewel in the Mojave Desert & only a 30 minutes drive to DEATH VALLEY. Loving nature the Mojave Desert, Death Valley, Ghost Towns, hiking especially in and around Death Valley brings pleasure to our family we enjoy together with loving friends. The sunsets & sunrise' in and around Pahrump, Nevada are most spectacular. Colors are breathtaking from reddish pink, a golden-amber glow & energizing intense bright yellow embracing these spectacular mountain views. Skiing & snow-boarding at nearby Mount Charleston are highlights living in the desert.
We are enthusiasts of nature & there is always time to hike, or bike on these many trails, or take these opportunities to camp, go fishing and hunting. Fascinating for every car enthusiast is the private Spring Mountain Motor Resort & Country Club where I truly enjoyed driving in a Radical Race Car passing a Porsche with a smile.
In Nevada there are plenty of trails for Off-Road driving, ATV's, Jeeps, Mountain Bikes, Equestrian and great rock-climbing opportunities.
Pahrump offers a great place to play Golf, dining at the winery & simply enjoying a delicious steak is a culinary delight.

Our modern spacious tidy clean house has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a workstation, a spacious kitchen with essentials for cooking & baking, a breakfast bar & kitchen island. Appliances are new & the laundry room is for your convenience inside the home. The dining room is open to the spacious living room with a 55" ROKU TV to enjoy your favorite shows & sports. French doors lead from the dining room to the spacious wooden deck with outdoor furniture to enjoy relaxing sunsets in the evening after a long working day recharging for the next productive day. There is basic fitness/yoga equipment, magazines, books for the young ones & games. We are perfectly located between Death Valley National Park & Las Vegas, Nevada.
Death Valley National Park Entrance is only a short 30 min. drive from our Pahrump Vacation House #1. Explore Death Valley on a day trip or a hiking adventure at this prime destination for everyone on this Planet Earth to experience at least once in a lifetime.
