 4ベッドルーム3バス、プライベートプール付きの美しいヴィラ。 エアコン、wifiインターネット、ケーブルテレビ、ガスバーベキュー。グループに応じて最大10人（大人8人以下）。
この美しい家は2,800平方フィートです。 ボリューム天井でタイル張り。 入り口のドアは広々としたホワイエに通じています。 グレートルームには、フラットスクリーンテレビがあります。
マスタースイートには、子供用の追加の引き出し式ソファ、専用バスルーム、2つの洗面台、広々とした洗面化粧台があります。 さらに、この部屋からはプールとジャグジーエリアに直接アクセスできます。
キッチンには設備が整っており、食器、ガラス製品、調理器具が含まれています

Quiet neighborhood and great family friendly home with short drives to several spring training ball parks. Nice pool. Appreciated that it was well stocked with essentials such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, paper towels etc. so no need to run to the store immediately on arrival.

Everything was perfect! Home was lovely, location ideal, and host was very accommodating! 8 adults stayed at the home for a week following a family wedding. We enjoyed the pool and all being together for our extended vacation. We visited nearby Clearwater, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, Honeymoon Island, and Caladesi Island. Highly recommend!

Property was nice, host was excellent. We did have a problem with the refrigerator/freezer. A new compressor had to be ordered. Although we had food to ruin and couldn’t have cold drinks, it was a good stay.

Spacious, comfortable home!

We had a great stay over Christmas! This home is very spacious (pics don’t do it justice) and comfortable. We opted to have the pool heated and enjoyed it throughout our visit. Diana was super responsive and accommodating. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Spent a week here in Palm Harbor with family. (9) and the home was everything I wanted out of a rental. Plenty of room, 4 bedrooms and a bath for each family. Great swimming pool to wash off the beach sand. Best of all was our host Diana who was very easy to work with and willing to do whatever was needed to make our stay enjoyable. This home is located in a safe and secure neighborhood near the beach, groceries and plenty of restaurants. I highly recommend this beautiful home for large families that need the space.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house it is in a very quiet neighborhood. The house had all the conviences you could want pretty large house lots of room 3 bathrooms , one of them a master with a jacuzzi tub Master bedroom is on one side of house other 3 bedrooms on opposite side of house for great privacy Well maintained house Diana the manager is wonderful and will assist you with anything you need Loved the heated pool outside but please note the hot tub outside only stays at pool temperature Pool was very clean Really had a great time there would go again The house is located about a mile from groceries and cvs Did not eat in Palm Springs You are centrally located to other cities Tarpon Springs 15 mins Dunedin 15 min cute downtown and restaurants Clearwater beach 25 min St Petersburg 40 min

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN PROPERTY

SAFETY - no pool railings, MB floor slippery, cooktop dangerous CLEANINESS- pool area musty, broken concrete, grounds messy broken blinds - so much more - 2 senior adults for 5 weeks, family w/ 3 respectful teens for 5 days- house has been abused and not cared for- we left 5 days early than paid for

Dear Phyllis, Thank you for your review and the points that you noted. I always appreciate and encourage our guests to give us feedback, not only when they have left the property but while they are staying with us. This allows us to respond quickly to any areas that require handling. As you had left such a nice note when you departed saying how wonderful your stay was, I was a bit surprised by some of the points that you stated. I did, however, wish to address several specific items that you mentioned. Regarding the pool, railings around the entirety of a pool would be unusual for a guest house and are more normally found in a care facility. There is, though, a railing on the stairs leading down to the pool for guest use. This is an excellent example of why we provide photos of the property so that prospective guests can view them and understand the property well. The bathroom floor is tile and we always provide floor mats for our guests to use. The cooktop is brand new and comes with a child-proof lock for the safety of our guests. We did instruct you on how to use the lock and beyond the caution needed with any stove there is nothing that I know of that is unusual about the cooktop. Florida is a very humid state and you are right that the outside can become musty during warm days. Therefore, we do power wash the patio and pool deck every other month. Additionally, both my landscaper and pool man service their areas every week without fail. You are also correct that there is a very small crack in the concrete sitting area which I will get quickly handled. I did know that you were intending to leave early. You were kind enough to let me know that this was due to weather conditions and you did not want to drive in the snow which is quite understandable. All of us who work on this house and with our guests take great pride in what we do and the enjoyment our guests receive from their stays. It is because of this that we take your points to heart and always work to keep the property at its best. Sincerely, Diana
