There are six large bedrooms (two with King beds, three with Queens and one with four single beds), four full bathrooms, the living room can be converted to additional sleeping space with a comfortable Murphy Chest Queen bed. The first floor includes a spacious entrance hall, an attractive living room with gas fire and comfortable seating and a beautiful dining room with a table that can easily be extended to seat 14. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, dishwasher, microwave, French door refrigerator and breakfast bar. The kitchen flows into the family room where you can relax and play one of our many board games or adjourn to the sun room and have a drink or read a book whilst enjoying the views of the landscaped rear garden. The first floor also includes a full bathroom. There are two front porches to sit and watch the world go by on Washington Street. The second floor includes the extra large master bedroom with motorized standing desk, adjoining bathroom with walk in shower and Jacuzzi bath as well as walk in closet. Three further beautifully presented bedrooms, a full bathroom and separate laundry room provide ample space for large families or groups. The lower level includes a Queen bedroom, a larger bedroom with two singles and a trundle bed plus a full bathroom. There is ample parking for four cars plus a garage to store bikes/beach equipment and free street parking. The garage is equipped with a NEMA 14-50 socket for EV charging. One well behaved dog under 40lbs and over 2 years old will be considered.This property is pet friendly. Your dog must be approved prior to booking. A $250 pet fee will be added after booking if you are bringing a dog.For rentals less than a week (7 nights) there will be a cleaning fee of $350 added to your reservation after booking. This will not show in the quote and will be manually added after you book if you are staying less than a week.
