Welcome to Downtown St. John's! We're excited to welcome you to our fully renovated townhome, thoughtfully created for one to six guests with two queen beds and one double. This home is located in the centre of everything you'll love about St. John's - Signal Hill, Quidi Vidi, and of course the food and beverage of Downtown. Street parking is included. You'll enjoy stylish, cozy furnishings adequate for six, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright outdoor space!
We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by phone/text (9:30pm-10:30am urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel as well as replying to the welcome messages you received upon confirmation.

The famous Signal Hill is an 18 minute walk(all up hill) or a short 3 minute drive, where you can spend an afternoon having a picnic, taking in the views, go on a hike around Signal Hill, and learn about the history of the city!
If you are looking to have a nice cold one, walk 5 minutes down Duckworth Street and you will arrive at Bannerman Brewery! With a great atmosphere, friendly people, a great patio, you will not be disappointed with Bannerman Brewery!
