Perfect! Kaimupulehu Grand Estate~Hualalai had everything to make our vacation memorable. For this vacation my husband and I traveled with another couple. So, having dual master suites was perfect. I could, also, see how it would be a perfect place for our whole family! Everyday we would comment on how perfect the house was. It truly exceeded our expectations. The listing is accurate, the location is perfect for privacy. You can easily drive or take a golf cart to get to the resort/ocean. The resort can be a little tricky to navigate at night. At first, we joked about leaving breadcrumbs to find our way back. The layout of the home was really nice, the courtyard was always welcoming and tranquil...the bright purple flowers in the koi pond would open every day and close every night. The yard was perfectly manicured and looked like a movie set. The salt water pool and hot tub were so relaxing and inviting. We lit the tiki torches at night and it made a perfect setting for a hawaiian vacation. We did leave the property for most of our meals, although the indoor and outdoor kitchens were top of the line, and would have been enjoyable to cook in. We ate at the Four Seasons Resort, and also at Tommy Bahama, one night and, Ruth's Chris on another night. We, also, went to the Four Seasons spa for massages one day. For adventures off property, we went to the waterfalls over in Hilo. We went to the black sand beach, Plolu Valley Beach. We went on a Blue Hawaiian Helicopters tour with a waterfall stop, and a night swim with the Mantas. There was so many adventures to choose from on the Big Island, we decided that an month would be the perfect amount of time to spend there. And, if we went back, this would definitely be the place to stay!
