A security deposit will be charged and returned within 2 working days of check-out.
Check-in time: from 2pm until 6pm.
Check-out time: until 12 noon - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys.

PROPERTY RULES:
NO events/parties/commemorations/after parties and NO pets on the property.
The accommodation is limited to 17 (seventeen) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, and is responsible for damaged goods and damage to property occurring during their stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, law governing the property or internal regulations of the condominium.
