One bedroom Condo just across from the beach in Treasure Island, Florida.

This one bedroom, one bath condo is located in the Sunset Beach neighborhood of Treasure Island right across the street from the beach. Located on the second floor. Free WiFi and free parking is available.

Sunset Cove is located in Treasure Island and the property has a solar heated pool onsite with lounge chairs and Tiki huts. In the back of the property there is a dock that you can fish from, picnic tables to hang out, a water entry to launch a kayak or paddle board and a grill that can be rented for a nominal fee.

Directly across the street you’ll have beach access to a soft white sand beach. Right down the street you can walk to Caddy’s On The Beach and Ka Tiki are 2 beach bar restaurants both with live music, cold drinks and food available.

Within a few minutes drive you can find many other restaurants, shopping and grocery stores including one of our favorite breweries Mastry's.

Cozy condo across from the beach. Easy walk to some popular beach bars. Parking is scarce and expensive at the beach so close proximity is a great plus. Complex has pool also. Not fancy, but very comfortable and great value for the price. Hotels are $285/nt on st.pete beach so more room, less money, and quiet location.

Clean/organized! Great location

This property was just remodeled. We had people walking by our door staring in! Everything you could need was there. Nothing to buy at the store. It wa extremely clean and organized also. I would recommend this place to anyone, young or old!

Enjoyed this property

Really enjoyed this property and location. The owners of this property really supply so much. It really means a lot when flying that a unit has a lot of amenities so you don't have to purchase much. So many towels, toilet paper, detergents, trash bags, beach supplies, kitchen extras. Even supplied mulitple tervis cups to keep the ice. If kids present, the beach stuff provided is beyond nice. We love the beach access directly across the street. The pool is well taken care of. We had 2 easy questions for the owners, that were responded to in minutes. The pictures are what the unit looks like.
