Cozy Home

The location was very close to shopping & various park preserves for walking, hiking or picnicking. Kings Point Community was near by for us to visit our friends frequently. Convenient location!!Our hosts were very accommodating. We enjoyed our stayed very much.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful vacation staying at Sonia‘s home. The home was beautiful and everything that we expected. We highly recommend Sonia as a host.

Clean and lovely house

The house was very clean and accommodating for us and our teen. We didn't need the third room. The shower was great and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was very loud on New Year's Eve with booming music, fireworks, and many people outside. Once that day passed, the neighborhood was quiet. There are a lot of cars parked on this street, so it can be hard to navigate and would have been difficult to park if we had more than one car. The house was perfect for us but there was nothing in the cabinets, not even coffee, and just a few Keurig capsules on the counter. So, if you stay, you will need everything for the kitchen from aluminum foil to sugar, etc. We had a little trouble with the key pad lock, but the manager/owner was responsive. I would stay again and would recommend it.

Great place close to Tampa

Sofía was very accommodating and communicated well. The house was clean and comfortable with a large TV in every room. We used the house so we could house hunt for my son and liked the area so much he bought a home only a few miles away. I ran and exercised most mornings and felt very safe. I would highly recommend.

Perfect rental for our family!

My husband and I traveled with our adult son to spend time in Sun City Center with my husband's parents. This house was perfect for us and was in an ideal location.
