Highway is only three miles away. In close proximity to Florida’s most beautiful beaches!

This was my first time using VRBO and I could not have been happier. The house was clean. It had plenty of towels and blankets. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Anyone who rents this home will not be disappointed.

The amount of extras was over and above, lots towels, paper products, bathroom soaps, some basic food. We had never stayed in a VRBO that provided this many amenities. Thank you soooo much. It was a wonderful stay!!

A quiet stay.

This home was spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. We entertained friends and family that visited comfortably. Everything we needed was close by and easy to access. It felt like home away from home for us. Host Kristen was very responsive to any of our questions or needs.

Perfect

All went very well. House is in great location with easy access. House is well stocked with everything a person needs, including kitchen and bath items, and full size washer and dryer. The Host communicated very well, and responded quickly. Would stay again if in the area.

So clean! So comfortable!

We will rent this home again. Everything was super clean. There were supplies for everything. Sunny rooms, especially the sun room. We loved walking around the blocks. 30 minutes to beaches.

Clean, convenient and quiet

Stayed here for a few nights to visit my folks that live in SCC. Since the kids are bigger we appreciated the extra space to spread out. Location is convenient to SCC and seems to be 5 minutes drive to anywhere in the retirement community. The neighborhood is quiet. We took several walks in the mornings/evenings and got to know the place pretty well. Close to North Lake which is interesting to visit for some incredible birding opportunities! The place itself is clean and comfortable with a/c and ceiling fans to help with the heat of summertime. The price can't be beat either! I'd recommend it easily and will return next time we're in town.

Perfect Winter Getaway

My husband and I and another couple stayed here for four nights to try out a senior living community.Because of COVID and time restrictions we didn’t try out all the community has to offer but they have everything. We loved the house. It is even nicer than the pictures. It was well stocked with everything you could need and more. Kristen was wonderful and got back to us immediately when we had questions. We (the girls) took walks in the mornings and felt completely safe. The guys found some great golf courses and we even made time to go to to the beach one day. It was less than an hour away. We do plan to come back and stay longer next time.

A Great Home Away From Home

Our first vacation in years and this STR helped make our trip all the better. Our host, Kristen, communicated clearly with us before, during, and upon checkout. She was so kind and such a pleasure to rent from. Our STR had everything we needed. This 2bd/2ba home has a full size refrigerator, and washer & dryer which all work perfectly, as does the stove, oven & microwave. Plenty of additional towels and bedding were available..including hangars in the closets. The backyard is beautifully fenced and there's a propane grill, and patio table & chairs ready for use. The carport sure came in handy, too! We loved the quiet location of our unit, just outside of Tampa. It's a quick jaunt to Tampa, St Pete, and Sarasota. There's a great Outlet Mall in Ellenton. We not only recommend this STR and our host, Kristen, but next time we return to FL, we'll specifically seek this one out again! Thanks again, Kristen!

A Really Wonderful Place To Stay

I stayed there for only six days, and it was a beautifully put together, very, very, nice home. And I really was impressed with how well this home was Sooooo Clean!. There was nothing that was missing or needed as far as amenities. Washer/Dryer/ Backyard/ BBQ gill if one would like.. The list goes on... And oh, did I state how clean the house was?!!! :) No, but really, it was a very nice community... You asked if I would rent again? Absolutely!!!! everything was provided, towels, bedding, pots, pans and the like... Kristen, the host was spot on with anything you needed, and or wanted. She responded very fast with whatever was needed, I would look up and the email would be right there with her response... Well with all of that said, I would definitely, absolutely recommend anyone looking to stay near the Tampa area, this would be a Great place... And YES! this will be the first house that I look at coming back...

Excellent property for an extended stay in the area.

Home away from home. The property had everything and more than we could have planned for for an extended stay in Sun City Center. Home is also convenient to Riverview, Apollo Beach and Wimauma. Appreciated the hard surface floors as we have allergies. Will definitely stay in his home again.

Sun City Rental

In town to visit my parents in Sun City Center for my dad’s 90th birthday with my cousins. There were four of us and the house was perfect! Clean and welcoming. Convenient location. Kristen the property manager was a prompt and excellent communicator. Fee was very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.
