No loud noise, TV or music after 10 PM. Be mindful of neighbors living in the floor below. Many units are lived in year round by the owners.
Leave unit in condition it was in when you arrived. Strip beds put sheets on the bed. Don't launder them. Gather towels, washcloths on bathroom floor.
Clean all dirty dishes, pots, pans, etc. Remove perishable food from frig and freezer. Wipe stove and counters. Take trash to trash building.

A great Colorado vacation condo.

Spring break 2023

This is a great property for families with the floorplan of the condo, only draw back was the stairs after a long day at the slopes. We had a great time and the condo was perfect for our family.

Great Holiday Visit!

We had a great visit as a family of four, and certainly had room for more. The condo was conveniently located, we never saw or heard a peep from neighboring units. The kitchen was nicely outfitted and labeled. Communication with owners was a breeze, and no concerns came up. Would absolutely stay again on a future visit!!

Pretty much perfect!

Impeccably clean. Beautiful decor. Comfy furniture including the beds. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Excellent communication with the host. Perfect location- very close to grocery stores, all the shops in Frisco- short distance to Silverthorne, Dillon, and Breckinridge. Gorgeous views from the balcony- could spend hrs out their- especially in the morning or evening/night. Some tall pine trees do obstruct a small part of the view of the reservoir, but not enough to be a deal changer. The hot tub and grills are only steps from the condo. Like I said- it isprettymuch perfect!!

Great property for Summit County adventures

Just check our records and this is the 15th year of renting this property from Dennis. Every year we look forward to our time at this unit in Frisco, Co. Convenient location and a great space for our group

Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gave everyone in our group (2 couples and 2 teenagers) enough privacy and space. We were very comfortable.

Place was great as usual! Close to Keystone , Breckinridge, and Vail. Always clean, plenty of super soft towels. This is our second trip T Dennis place. He is a wonderful host. Thank you!

Central location for mountain adventures

I stayed here with my family, including three children under 10, and my in laws. The property was very clean and shown as advertised. It's in a perfectly central location between Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin, Loveland, Copper Mountain and Vail and Winter Park are also not too far away. Frisco is the cutest little mountain town and main street offers trendy food establishments and quaint mountain shopping. The Silverthorne outlets are also only 10min away. The one slight downside is that the property is right off of the interstate, so it was a little noisy one of the evenings in the north bedrooms. However, unless you have real issues sleeping, I think the benefits of this property far exceed the intermittent traffic noise. I highly recommend this property for families who need to accommodate a larger group and for ski bums and mountain adventurers who want to hit more than one mountain on your winter or summer vacation.

Outstanding Property

The view was excellent, communication was perfect, everything was labeled for ease. Even had toiletries you would expect in a hotel. Kids really enjoyed it but wish the hot tubs were open (they were looking forward to that). I would say this is one of the nicest, fairly priced properties in the area and the owners are top notch. Highly recommend and we will be coming back for sure.

Just as listed and more!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The unit is clean and comfortable and nicely decorated for a very at home feel. We very much appreciated the great communication to answer our questions before we arrived and during our stay. It is evident that Dennis and crew want to make it a pleasurable stay for their guests. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and have to say that very few provide the provisions for the stay like Dennis did (TP, shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, extra garbage bags, etc). This was a very nice touch and so much appreciated. View from the deck was gorgeous and it was very quiet for sleep time. We had 2 adult kids with us and the space was great to accommodate together times and our separate times. Everything we needed for cooking was available though with everything to do and all the great restaurants we only cooked a couple of times. Would totally rent this property again if we are in the area. One last plug...Samantha recommended Quincy's in Leadville for a delicious and inexpensive steak dinner....it did not disappoint!

Great views and location, location, location!

Among the best we’ve ever rented and the most spectacular view of any place we’ve ever stayed. Plenty of room for us, our kids and grandkids. So close to recreation - we rented the nicest pontoon boat for a family outing, rented bikes for a family outing we’ll never forget and the food! Such great restaurants nearby! Condo was so nicely furnished and decorated. Had every amenity you could ask for.

This Condo was excellent. Very comfortable for our entire party except for we did not find the remote for the fan in the loft to change from winter to summer. Quite toasty up there. Probably excellent for winter stay.

The view from the condo was amazing! Pictures not words can accurately describe it. The location was perfect as well. Keystone, Silverthorne, Dillon, Breckinridge, and Copper Mountain were all within minutes of this location and easily accessible. Would highly recommend and would stay here in the future.

Didn’t disappoint

The property was very comfortable and the location was perfect. The house had all the essentials for cooking, bathing and entertaining. Btw we loved the added touch of Christmas lights and a holiday tree. It made our winter wonderland magical. I do wish there were hooks by the front door for our jackets though and just know this unit is on the 3rd floor. Felt like running a marathon for us Floridians going up all those stairs in that altitude. Over all though I would stay here again and recommend this exact unit to anyone who asks.

Fantastic experience

I booked this condo for a spring break ski trip for my son and his buddies from Texas Tech (yes, I was going to be there to oversee things). Communication with Dennis was great the entire time. The night before we were to head up, the governor of Colorado closed all ski resorts due to corona-virus. Big time bummer, but we get it. Dennis and VRBO were great about the situation and ended up refunding 100% of my reservation. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

Clean and cozy with a beautiful view.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The place was very clean and comfortable. The view of the mountains was breathtaking from our balcony. It was close to shopping and the main street of Frisco and it was an easy drive to the Breckenridge ski resort. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great views, great location

Lovely little condo! The place fit our group of 6 adults comfortably. The location right off lake Dillon provided great views and easy access to the stores in Frisco for food. No air conditioning, which is not uncommon for Summit county, so we weren't surprised. The many windows allowed us to effectively cool off the condo in the evening. Kitchen's pots, pans, and knives could use a refresh, but we managed to cook some of our favorite recipes. Dennis was responsive to all my questions along the way. Great customer service! We would definitely stay here again!

I am a geologist and have a great fondness for the outdoors and the mountains. I am an avid skiier and hiker and have climbed many of Colorado's 14'ers (mountains above 14,000 feet). I also occassionally play tennis and golf and love to relax in a hot tub. I have a demanding job and love to 'get away' when I have time off.

I wanted a place that was easy to get to, just a little more than an hour west of Denver, but with a spectacular setting that I would never tire of. I wanted to be very close to many different ski areas and year round activities. If my children moved from Colorado, I wanted a place that was easy to get to/from Denver International Airport (DIA) so that we could always get together for holidays, special occasions, etc. This location is very quiet and serene, yet it is within minutes of any and all types of activities that people think of when they go on a vacation. I wanted to have a place that I would want to go to on a vacation. But, I wanted it to be close enough to Denver that I would use it and close enough to DIA that it would be easy to get to for my guests from all over the world.

This condo has been totally renovated. New floors, all new appliances, all new bathrooms, new furnishings, lighting, kitchen countertops and bathroom countertops, new fixtures, showers/bathtubs, etc. The condo is fully furnished with a well equipped kitchen including everything you'll need, from wine glasses to a crock pot. All bedrooms have night tables, dressers, closets, HDTVs,/DVDs and clock-radios. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with oversized tub, separate dressing area, and deck access. The second bedroom has two beds (1 queen and i double) a full bath and a door that provides access to the deck. The loft has a queen bed and its own bathroom with walk in shower.

The dining room, with a large dining table and chairs, flows into the living room which has three reclining lounge chairs, gas fireplace, 56" flat-screen TV (with upgraded cable channels), DVD, stereo with CD, and sliding glass doors providing access to the large outdoor deck New furnishings, floors, high powered ceiling fans, appliances, etc. The deck has a table with umbrella and chairs. Many art and decorative pieces adorn the walls throughout the unit and free WIFI is provided.
