Rustic Vibes

Hidden away in the foothills of the Ozarks where the "Trail of Tears" Benge Route forged the Senic Eleven Point River at Blacks Ferry in December of 1838. Rustic Vibes Cabin is 3600 square ft. It has 4 bedrooms, game room with pool table , combined living room & kitchen and laundry room. Our cabin sits on a bluff overlooking river known for kayaking, fishing and camping. Just relax in the swings, trek 171 stairs to the river or back road on your ATV.

Best view in Arkansas

Stay was great , views are awesome. ( Bring your binoculars so you can see all the wildlife) . Peaceful and secluded. Very safe .

Great Views

The place was great! Suzann made sure we had everything we needed. The views from the back porch and the fire pit were great, especially at sunset. Having access to the river just down the road made it easy for the kids to enjoy the water. Will be back for sure!

Check in and out were a breeze. When we needed to contact the owner she responded immediately and also checked in on us due the 100 heat. We enjoyed the privacy and quiet in the area. Great place to get away and disconnect from our busy lives. :). Highly recommended

Beautiful Property

My family and I stayed here while in town for my grandfather's funeral. The property is gorgeous and spacious. We loved the wrap around porch. However, the bed setup was not exactly as described. One bedroom had one bed, and a showstopper bedroom had three.

Peace & Quiet

We used the property for a four day family gathering. It was nice! We had plenty of room and everyone seemed to enjoy the peace, quiet, beauty of the place. We had one small issue came up the second night and Susan responded within minutes and was there the next morning to correct it.I would recommend this property to anyone that wants a little down time. It was very relaxing and we enjoyed it very much.

This home has plenty of space and comfortable beds for a large group. It has a good central eating / hangout area, and a large rec room in the basement. It is a great destination for a guy's group getaway.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described, and everything matched the listing. The pictures are beautiful, but they honestly don't do the breathtaking view justice. The house sits right on the 11 Point River, and waking up to that incredible scenery each day was one of the highlights of our trip.We were there for a kayak fishing trip, and the property was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room in the driveway for several trucks pulling kayak trailers, making loading and unloading easy.The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We also appreciated that dogs are welcome for an additional fee. We didn't bring ours this trip, but we're already hoping she'll be ready for travel when we come back because we'd love to stay here again.One thing to note is that the driveway is a long gravel drive that is a little steep and a little rough in a few spots. That's exactly what you'd expect for a beautiful property tucked away in the countryside, and it certainly wouldn't keep us from returning. Most all SUVs, trucks, and standard passenger vehicles will do just fine, but I probably wouldn't recommend attempting it in a very low-clearance car like a Corvette. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic escape on the 11 Point River. We can't wait to come back!

The house was clean, open, and very spacious for a large group. The view was beautiful and the pool table was an added bonus. The steps down to the river were steep, some turned back…but at the bottom is a bank with a rope swing and a good fishing spot. There’s a much more accessible gravel bar spot they provide directions to if that’s your preference.The gravel road/driveway was a little treacherous leading up to the house, especially the first time but the house does not disappoint. Would recommend and stay again!
