• POOL HEATING - OPTIONAL
We are pleased to inform you that your reservation includes access to the community clubhouse where you will be able to enjoy several amenities. Additionally, the community pools are heated at no additional cost. If you are interested in heating the private pool during your stay, please note that there is an additional charge of $35 per day. We recommend that you request this service at least 48 hours before your check-in as the heater requires time to reach the desired temperature. The minimum rental period for the pool heater is 2 nights. It is important to mention that the temperature of the heater will not exceed 95 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool operates as a spa and not a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated, meaning both areas will be at the same temperature. The heater works through heat exchange and is not effective in cold weather conditions. If you choose to request the heater during cold weather and the desired temperature is not reached, we will not be able to offer you a refund. The pool heater pumps feature a safety system that prevents overheating. If the pump is used in cold conditions for extended periods, it will automatically shut off to protect its functionality until it can operate efficiently again. Please note that this service is optional and may not be available at all times.

• TRASH REMOVAL Please place trash in the plastic container daily to keep the house clean.
• CLEANING Daily cleaning is not included in the rental rate. Prior to check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit. Clean linens and towels will be available at the accommodation. Cleaning is included in the rental rate. A mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.

IMPORTANT ABOUT PACKAGE DELIVERIES If you plan to make any online purchases during your stay, please note that if the seller uses USPS, your package may not be delivered. The post office does not recognize vacation rentals as regular addresses, which means the package will be returned to the sender. We recommend using delivery services such as DHL, FedEx, or Amazon as they typically deliver to our facilities. Not all resorts accept deliveries.
