Very comfortble pet friendly Unit nice kitchen, beautiful bathroom and spinning flat screen TV from the bed to the livingroom area and one of the best views of downtown and the ocean. Beside the lovely pool, with hot jacuzzi, gym, etc. You have quick walking distance to everything in the downtown miami areas. Buzzing Resturants, great cafe, Clubs, Boat rides, Stores, arena and 5min ride to miami beach. You also have events at Bayside across the street with Ghost tours, Festival and rides.

Overall, we had a good stay and felt the apartment was a great value for the price. The location is excellent and the views of the city are beautiful. The space itself is nice and comfortable. One area for improvement would be the bedding, as the sheets were quite thin and we felt cold at night. Additionally, the apartment could benefit from a deeper cleaning to bring it to its best standard. Aside from these points, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

This unit is in a wonderful location in the heart of downtown Miami. It provides immediate access to the city’s free metro mover, which helps get you anywhere you need downtown. The check in process was a bit difficult, and there were a few cleanliness issues upon my arrival, which can be easily fixed before the next visit. The host was very responsive and great to communicate with.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was super central, close to great restaurants and attractions.From the moment we arrived, the host Vince made us feel protected. He kindly offered early check in and late check out for us. He immediately responded to all our questions and needs! The check-in process was quick and super easy! The real gem is a balcony with a great view! Fully stocked kitchen, extra towels and bed linens in the closet and onsite parking! Thank you, Vince! We’ll definitely be coming back!"

The location is fantastic however the place needs a deep clean and refresh.The condo smelled like pets were inside.The place is older and needs a renovation.
