Pretty cute place.

The history behind the building is pretty fun. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was well stocked for all that we needed. If you want the convenience of a larger city, but not the traffic and noise and such, this is the place for you.

Great location, a little off the beaten track but convenient to both Idaho Falls and Rexburg. There are not a lot of choices for eating out in Ucon but the host provides good information on what is available. The house is great so bring your own snacks and spend the evening in. The host, Shay, was very responsive.

As a native of the area where my listings are located, I have a deep connection to the surroundings. My upbringing amidst the scenic landscapes has instilled in me a love for outdoor adventures like hiking, running, biking, and whitewater kayaking and rafting. Hosting on Airbnb allows me to share my passion for these activities with guests from all walks of life. I find it incredibly rewarding to meet new people and hear their stories, learning about the diverse reasons behind their travels to our beautiful area.

Situated in the industrial section of a quaint town with just 1300 residents, our building offers a serene environment. Factory workers typically depart by 5:00 PM, ensuring peaceful evenings. Adjacent to our apartments lies Holst Radiator Repair Shop, catering to semi-trucks. This thriving business, owned by the friendly Holst family, is a familiar sight in Ucon.

In town, enjoy two scenic parks, one with a tennis court, alongside amenities like Shell station, US Post office, and a cozy café serving homemade meals. A short drive north takes you to Rigby's grocery stores and eateries, while southward leads to malls, restaurants, and entertainment options.

Further exploration reveals Idaho Falls' zoo, Tautphaus Park, and the Museum of Idaho, while Rexburg boasts attractions like Porter Park's spray park and Rexburg Rapids. History buffs can explore the Legacy Flight Museum and Rexburg's historic Tabernacle, while outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the Nature Park's tranquility and Smith Park's amenities.

For family fun, visit Kidsburg or enjoy laser tag at Craze Fun Zone. BYU-Idaho's welcoming campus offers tours, including the stunning I-Center. With so much to see and do, our area promises an enriching and memorable experience for all.
