Great stay in Sea Pines

We loved staying at this property. The house was well furnished with all of the needed amenities, pool area was very nice and it was in a quiet neighborhood. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Island Living

This home has it all and is in the perfect location within Sea Pines. Only a couple minutes from Harbour Town and South Beach. The fully fenced area around the pool was perfect for spending time outside with our dog and the screened porch allowed us to enjoy several meals outside but without the bugs. The home was very clean, and kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials. A+ island getaway.

Incredible Property

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head! Our stay at this property was fantastic. The house was awesome, offering a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Sea Pines Hilton Head Vacation

Very clean and spacious property with updated kitchen and baths. Comfortable beds. Great access to trails and beach in Sea Pines. Dog friendly. Wonderful to have a pool and spa at the house. Recommend highly. Property manager was attentive and left several messages with information with how to contact for any issues that could have arisen-but all went well. The Property management company also has a liaison with a beach gear and bike rental company with a $250 credit - extremely handy and convenient.

28 Battery Road Review

The area was nice and we enjoyed our time at Hilton Head. We have been coming to Sea Pines for over 40 years and have a time share at Spice Bush. Location was nice and convenient to the beach and shopping. We enjoyed the screened in porch and we were able to use the pool a couple of times. Layout was good and beds were comfortable. The living room furniture was ok. However, there were a few issues with the rental -- 2nd bedroom's bathroom vanity drawer would not open, towel bar fell off. Main bedroom fan would speed up and slow down without changing the speed. Front bedroom had lights in the bathroom come on without us turnings on the switch. Kitchen needed to have better pans (that did not stick - ended up going to Walmart and buying pans) knives were not sharp (bought some at Walmart) and there were no potholders (bought those too). each time we used the oven (even just for heating it up - before we put anything in) it set off the fire alarm.

Great property

My family stayed here for a week and loved it. The location was great, just a short bike ride away. We loved the pool and paid a little extra for the spa but it was totally worth it. We had trouble with the tv in the living room but wasn’t really an issue since we weren’t there to watch tv. The screened in porch was fantastic. We had a great week and would absolutely stay here again.

Heritage Woods rental

We had a great time at this property. The location is great - just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Also easy bike ride to get to Harbor Town and South Beach. Really appreciated the extra beach towels they provided. The property was ready on time (we ran into the inspector who was actually making sure all was good- as a former rental home owner, I really appreciated seeing the property management company doing a once over before releasing the home to guests; they also called us the next day to be sure everything was good). Plenty of room, nice pool and hot tub. Beds were not quite as comfortable as I like but they were fine. Overall the house was just what we needed for a family vacation. Might suggest moving that TV over the fireplace so it’s easier for everyone to watch in the living room but not a big deal at all. Loved the back porch area - quiet and private. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful getaway

My family of 4 stayed with my parents for a much needed change of scenery during the pandemic. The house was well appointed and just the right size for us. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, garage for storing bikes and extra fridge for beverages. Great location on quiet street with easy access to the bike trails and beach, and 10 min drive to anything we needed. We used the pool every day and loved having the screened porch for breakfast and after dinner. Will gladly return to this property!

Nice neighborhood...easy check-in...bike rental nearby....no traffic on street....appliances questionable....toaster only 2 slices worked and 1 continually burned bread...power went out in front room, nobody came to fix or return call to fix...screened in porch was nice

Lovely spot for a getaway

The house was a nice size for the 2 of us and our dogs and for a pet friendly house, it was spotless. Neighborhood was quiet, walk to the beach seemed a little long but was very easy. The mattresses left a little to be desired but the linens, towels and all other provisions were perfect - just dont for get the salt and pepper if you plan to cook! Highly recommend heating the hot tub for winter vacations. Really enjoyed our trip.
