1st Annual bowling tournament

We had a great time. This is the first year of a new tournament that just moved to the area and we usually stay in a hotel when we did the tournament but this year we decided to get a house. Our entire team was able to stay and be of the couples got to bring their dog. The area was remote but close enough to town to get groceries. Great time coming back to the hot tub after bowling and then sitting around the table playing card games. The host even allowed us to checkout a few hours later to accommodate a change in the event time for us. We will be back next year!!!

Friends Getaway

The house was super cute and clean! It was a great space for our 2 families. We were impressed by all the amenities and extras in house. We enjoyed using the hot tub! It was only 15 minutes from Boyne Mountain where we went one day for the Skybridge and another day to Avalanche Bay. We would definitely stay again!

Exactly what we needed.

This place was just what we needed. We were looking for a place to just relax and unwind for a few days and this hit the mark. We were able to get out during the day and play golf, ride ORV's, and hike at Petosky State Park. Then unwind in the evening with a fire pit and relax in the hot tub. The house was equipped with everything we needed for meals, bathrooms, etc. You'll hear no complaints from me.

Great secluded stay!

The place is just far enough outside the major cities to feel like a true “up-north” vacation, but close enough to attractions and general stores that it is still convenient! The place is very clean and well kept! Thanks for the stay!

Everything you need

We all really enjoyed our stay! The home was well stocked with anything you might need. The rooms and beds were comfortable and plenty of room for our young adult family of 7. Thank you for a wonderful weekend out in the country of Boyne Falls!

Family Vacation

Cute, comfortable house! Plenty of room for our family. My kids enjoyed the hot tub and playing in the yard. Conveniently located close to Petoskey and Boyne City.

We stayed in May 2024 for 3 nights. 6 adults and 1 child. We used 3 beds and a playpen. Very spacious, open floor plan. Large bedrooms. We had room for 2 additional couples if needed in the future. Very clean, updated bathrooms with fresh paint throughout home. Big deck with nice furniture, hot tub and swingset in backyard. Home is located in a quiet subdivision with nearby golf course with bar/grill, a community pool and playground. Updated appliances, and never ran out of hot water with 7 of us taking turns using showers in 2 bathrooms. Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans for convenience. Located minutes away from stores, restaurants, and several nearby lakes. Centrally located to Boyne, Petoskey, Charlevoix, Harbor Springs and Gaylord areas. Host is quick to respond to messages. We will definitely stay again in the future. Perfect size for 1 to 10 guests.
