Discover a mix of modernity and history in this characteristic flat. The space features industrial finishes, bright uses of color, an open layout living area and kitchen, a cozy master bedroom, second bedroom and stunning sea views. The apartment is on 4th floor with elevator, so it is well accessible. It has high-speed WIFI, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, TV with Netflix & central unit of air-conditioner. 24-hour security with concierge, full generator and water cistern.

I am available to answer all your questions at any time. I love sharing the info I have and make sure you love my island and my place the way I do.

Relax with a cocktail at one of the Old City’s renowned hole in the wall “chinchorros” or eat at a fine dining restaurant all with the peace of mind that your luxury home away from home is just a stone’s throw away.

Upon arrival, you have to register with the front desk Concierge. He will take a picture of you. Then he will give you access to the elevator.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions. If you book and decide to cancel, our payment processor, Stripe, won't refund their fee of 3.90% plus .30cents. This doesn't apply to Airbnb.

Twenty five-minute walk to the Historic Landmark District of Old San Juan. You’ll find yourself in a world dating back to 1508. Explore its many restaurants, bars, history, culture and shops.

Escambron beach is seven-minute walking distance to the building. Clear waters, tall coconut palm trees, scuba diving and snorkeling spots are some of the attractions you will find in this place.

Nearby, you have other options such as Condado, T-Mobile District and La Placita de Santurce.

Comfortable and secure stay, close to old town and beach. Nice beautiful loft with underground parking. We walked to old town and felt safe. Easy to hire e-bike and use it in designated lane. Enjoyed the early morning walk/run along the shore (3 minutes walk from the apt)

Perfect stay for 1 night close to Old San Juan

We stayed here on our first night because we wanted to visit Old San Juan the next day and not have to drive far. The loft was spacious, clean, and easy to find. The location was easy to walk to the beach (Escambron) and a short 5 minute drive to Old San Juan.

San Juan 2 day Stayover

This is a wonderful accomadation! Extremely spacious, charming and comfortable! We were 5 older people and totally enjoy the quality time we had in the Loft condo. Loved that there were walkable parks, beaches and nearby amenities. Ingrid was the most gracious host! Very communitive! Really enjoyed it all!

Convenient pre-cruise stay

This property was perfectly located for the night before our cruise out of San Juan. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Dinner within walking distance. Short cab ride to the port. Concierge was extremely helpful with anything we needed.

Nice Loft Apartment

Stayed here for my daughter's wedding. Easy Uber access to restaurants and other venues. Property was spacious and met our needs. Only issue was the AC units were a little noisy in the unit. Would stay here again if in San Juan.

My stay before a cruise

Exceeded expectations

The property is outstanding. Every aspect of the unit is so much more than expected. The concierge support for the check in was exemplary. The location could not be better. A short walk to a great beach and a large park just a block away. I recommend this place without reservation.

Perfect Apartment

The apartment is very nice. The space is great for 2 couples even though it was just 2 of us on this trip. Location is great. You can walk 20 minutes to the Fort and be in the heart of Old San Juan or it’s a 5 Uber. The views are great and found the building to be very safe. Very clean!

Gorgeous condo in PR

The apartment is in an excellent location. Five minutes walk to Playa Escambron and various restaurants. Cleanliness and layout of the apartment is top quality. The host Ingrid gave very clear instructions beforehand and was very responsive in a timely manner. Will definitely be our first choice for future trips to Puerto Rico.

Great stay in Puerto Rico

The space was as described. It provided plenty of space and value for the money. Great location to Condado and old San Juan Area. I felt safe in the area. Things for others to take into consideration that did not bother me but may be deal breakers for some. —the rental is on the 4th floor and I was able to hear the traffic noise on a busy evening. My travel mate needed noise canceling headphones to sleep. It didn’t bother me. I like the background noise. -the AC unit is loud. And by the master bedroom again it didn’t bother me-the washer had a musty smell to it but didnt affect my clothes when I washed them. -the remote for the fans had a hard time syncing to each fan . For some reason all of the remotes controlled the master bedroom. Travel mate couldn’t get his remote to work so he had to go without the fan impressed to turn the lights off. Overall, I would highly recommend and I would book again.
