2nd time staying here and loved it

This was my second stay at this property and it was just as great as the first time. Great location and very clean. The owner is great to deal with and very responsive. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking in the area!

Place is very well equipped and in a nice tucked away spot. Being close to the freeway was a concern but noise was almost nothing. Hani was a great host

Great place and host

The property was clean and spacious. Just a short walk to State St where you can find great restaurants and shops. The host was amazing to interact with and accommodating to all my needs. My schedule was constantly shifting and they did whatever they could to work around that. Overall a great experience and I would most definitely book here again if/when I’m back in town.

Hidden Luxury perfect!

This place was so private, so comfortable, and so close to downtown and west beach. We could easily walk to most desired destinations. The studio had everything we needed; parking was not a problem; and having a washer/dryer available for our month-long stay was very helpful. Would definitely look to stay here again.

Cozy Retreat in Great Location

This property is a great location, easy walk to the beach and downtown Santa Barbara to restaurants and shopping. Also ,to be noted, is the easy on/off access to freeway. It is very clean, nicely furnished with quality furnishings. We especially enjoyed the lovely lovely patio with comfortable lounge chairs, fire pit and soothing waterfall. Our host, Hani, was very helpful with information soon after we booked, gave clear instructions for entry to property. All in all very wonderful stay. Santa Barbara is a beautiful town with many interesting things to do and see.

Great stay near downtown.

What a great find! This spot is just a few blocks from downtown, in a fairly busy part of SB, but you would never know it. The private yard and all the amenities in the studio made for a perfect week. I didn't want to leave! Quiet, peaceful & all the modern services were well thought out and very much appreciated. Beautiful home in the perfect location!

Everything about this property was wonderful! The suite was very well decorated, extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. The shower was spa-like and the connected patio was the perfect place to relax in the evenings with the fountain and fire pit table. This spot was the perfect distance to State street and we walked everywhere. A truly wonderful location for my husband and I to call home during our anniversary vacation.

Charming unit close to downtown and the beach

This is a charming rental in the heart of Santa Barbara. We were able to walk to restaurants, coffee shops and attractions. We enjoyed most meals on the private patio with the fountain and music from the Sonos system. The kitchen worked well as we made a few light meals or warmed up leftovers from a restaurant. The unit is clean, comfortable and perfect for 2 people. Parking is on the street but was never an issue finding a spot. We walked at night to downtown restaurants and bars and always felt safe. We enjoyed the rental and would return if in SB again. The owner is very responsive and keeps good care of the unit. Clean and well kept.

perfect and lovely.

hani is the perfect hostess. accommodating, as my daughter and i were traveling from the east coast and allowed us to arrive a little early. it has every amenity necessary in the most compact but not cramped space. close to the freeway, and most everything else is walkable to downtown SB. thank you for such a lovely stay.

Great location, efficient space

My husband and I stayed here and thought that it was the perfect location and an amazing use of space. We did not have to contact the owner at all during our stay however, whenever I did contact them ahead of time, their response time was great. I would love to recreate this space as an in-law arrangement at our home! The patio is fabulous, the bathroom is remarkable and the air conditioner unit kept the place very comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen and coffee too! Additionally, this place was spotless. Overall, very nice and would absolutely recommend to a friend/family member. We will stay there again if our travels allow it!

Awesome little property with all the modern conveniences

Not only is the patio area great for sitting and relaxing, but the place had tons of hospitable touches that made the whole experience excellent. Everything was clean, the bathroom is beautiful, and the kitchen had everything I needed. Two things to watch for: you may have to search a little bit for a parking space (but it always worked out), and you may want to ask about how to work the AC (assuming you even need it in SB weather), since the control isn't very intuitive. Overall an awesome place, fantastic host, and would totally recommend staying there and look forward to returning.

Perfection!

My husband and I had a magnificent stay at this studio apartment. It is fully stocked with everything you could need and impeccably decorated and designed for comfort and style. The place was spotless and quite high tech as well! Parking on the street was easy and always available and it was only a shot walk to wherever we wanted to go in downtown Santa Barbara. Couldn't think of anywhere better to stay and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking to have a fun and comfortable home base while visiting Santa Barbara.

Lovely room and private patio

My daughter and I stayed here for several nights when she was getting settled into college. Hani has done a wonderful job selected high quality fixtures and furnishings for this beautiful room, small kitchen and very comfortable bathroom. It is very private and quiet. The room is a little small but fine for two people. The major attraction is the stunning patio with its beautiful landscaping and privacy. The neighborhood appears to be in transition and I was wary of parking the car on the street but there were no mishaps and there was always parking available. Hani was very responsive in our communications and most helpful.

Great Spot to Discover Santa Barbaba

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. The owner, Hani, was very responsive and the instructions to get to and enter the unit were simple and easy to follow. The unit has a keypad with a security code provided by Hani, no need to pick up/drop off keys. It's clear this space was recently renovated with little expense spared. High end appointments are evident throughout the unit to include the Sonos music system, automated skylights, high end lighting, in unit laundry and best of all the bed was wonderfully comfortable. It is correct there is no parking on-site but street parking was simple, we never had to drive around to find a spot. The location is great in that it is a quick walk to State Street and all that it offers with shopping and dining but the home itself is located on a quiet residential street. The fridge was even stocked with complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks for our arrival. I was nice to crack open a beer on the patio after a long day of travel. The one caution I'd give is the size of the home. It isn't a large space, perfect for a couple but if you are trying to squeeze 3-4 people in here you may want to opt for a location with a bit more elbow room. Overall a great stay.

Wonderful little sanctuary in paradise!

I can't say enough great things about this place! The whole experience was wonderful! Hani was great about answering questions ahead of time, and the property was easy to find (with plenty of street parking). Our room was perfectly designed: warm, welcoming, and modern. The sound system and detailed lighting controls let us exactly set the mood. The best part was all the natural light! Every morning the beauty of Santa Barbara comes in through the windows. What a wonderful way to wake up. The private patio with fire pit was a really wonderful touch. We had some friends stop by and enjoyed catching up with a glass of wine. We'll absolutely be staying there when we visit again!
