Stay in this renovated 1938 cottage 3 blocks from downtown or 6 blocks from the Branson Landing. The free trolley is two blocks away. Take a walk and catch the water/fire show in the evening hourly. The home is 15 minutes from Silver Dollar City, the strip, all the shows or the lake. The home is a clean and a comfortable place to relax after being out. There is a full kitchen, tv's in the living room and bedrooms. The patio table/ chairs to have dinner at on a cool evening.
Home sleeps 5 guests but only 4 are permitted by city code.
Veteran owned home.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Really practical location. Like being close to the historic area as well as Branson Landings. House was cozy and fit our needs perfectly. My daughter loved the bunk beds. Will definitely stay there again

I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO properties and this is easily one of the cleanest and most convenient locations I’ve ever stayed at. In addition, the host left a plate of cookies and put up a Christmas tree to make the place even cozier than it already is. Another bonus…the master bedroom mattress is very very comfortable. I have nothing but great things to say about this property…it’s a 10/10!

We received a plate of cookies and a noce note welcoming us when we arrived. We were excited to see it was decorated for Christmas. We didn't use many items but loved how well stocked the kitchen was. The towels were so nice and fluffy in the bathroom!Very clean and comfortable, would recommend!

Great home, perfect for my husband and I. Very clean and had everything we needed. Veey close to everyrhing in Branson and not a long drive to Springfield. Quiet neighborhood and nice having a driveway instead of street parking. Great cookies were an added bonus!

The Bear Den was the perfect place for my mom and I on our visit to Branson. Very quiet neighborhood, loved sharing coffee time on the front porch & evenings in front of the fireplace. Home is very clean, well maintained and stocked with everything you need for your home away from home. The beds are so comfortable! Conveniently located to many of the local attractions.David, our host, was wonderful to work with and I plan on returning to The Bear Den in the future.

Very clean. Really liked how we were really close to everything that we wanted todo. Enjoyed the cookies that were left as a welcoming gift. I would definitely stay there again if we ever decide to go back to Branson

We enjoyed our stay here! It’s honestly a little pricey but if it doesn’t go up we will be back for sure. The driveway is rather unfriendly to low clearance vehicles, so if you’re in one you might want to just park in front of the house.

Perfect House and Location

This house was perfect for our quick pre-Christmas family getaway. Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect and close to all the places we went. If we visit Branson again, we will definitely want to stay here again.

Excellent place to stay!!

The home was completely remodeled and very clean. It had all amenities we needed. David was good at communicating with me although I was not so good in reciprocal. It was the in the perfect location and we were even able to watch the fireworks at the landing, from the front yard. Will definitely be staying there again!!!!

House was perfect! Cute, clean, amazingly quiet neighborhood and close to town. Decor was perfect for the theme and was very comfortable. I would definitely book it again!

This was absolutely one of our favorite places to have stayed. The cozy beautiful home is exceptionally clean, has nice furniture (comfortable bed and couch/chair, tables for 4 in kitchen and on front porch), nice woodsy/bear decor, many extras ( towels, pillows, towel bars, paper goods), an oscillating fan, closet, drip and cup style coffee pots, completely stocked kitchen, night lights, fire alarm system, and a well-lit entrance for night arrivals. Also, host was very informative and responsive. It's in an older neighbor near The Landing and historic downtown, and we felt safe there. It was not far to any of the shows/theaters. We 100% recommend and would stay again.

Branson’s Best

The house was exactly as described. Immaculate and well appointed. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. David was very prompt in replying to any questions I had. The location was conveniently located and just far enough from the high traffic areas for nice quiet evenings. I highly recommend!

It's a cozy 2 bedroom home that I fully rehabbed. It's blocks from downtown and the Landing. 10 minutes to the shows on the strip. 15 minutes from Silver Dollar City. This a great place to be near everything.
