Short distance to the Delaware beaches, Amato's Pizza, Ocean View Brewing Company, Royal Farms, CVS Pharmacy, The Big Iguana, Ocean View Restaurant, Bonkey's Ice Cream and MORE!!! Plenty of parking, linens and bath towels provided

Renovated home with tons of amenities and a game room!!!
Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL.
If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier.
CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX
Please note a renter agreement will be required to be signed. Arrival instructions WILL NOT be sent if the renter agreement is not signed. Security deposit is a HOLD and will be released two days after departure as long as no damage has occurred.
