Enjoy a quiet, lakefront two-bedroom apartment on Lake Dardanelle, ideal for bass fishing, tournament stays, and short-term work assignments. Guests have access to a private fishing dock and spacious boat and trailer parking, with outdoor electrical hookups available for overnight battery charging.

Please note: the dock is available for fishing and shoreline access only and is not permitted for boat tie-up or mooring.

Located less than 2 minutes from Arkansas Nuclear One, this rental is also well-suited for outage and contract workers needing a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Relax out back with a cup of locally roasted coffee while enjoying private lake views. Guests may use the grill for cookouts and a communal patio area with a fire pit and firewood for evening relaxation.

Lovely lakeside getaway

We enjoyed our stay and would happily return! Adam and Shelby were kind and hospitable, and made us feel right at home. The location is superb, within driving distance from many parks and hikes. The property is quiet and serene, and the lake views out in the backyard were unforgettable.

Perfect Lakefront Getaway

My father and sister in law and I journeyed up to Arkansas for the eclipse. We had the opportunity to stay @ Adam's spot and we couldn't have been happier with the accommodations. The suite is very comfortable with everything you'd need, even excellent local coffee! I will be back and next time will being my boat! Thanks Adam & family for the beautiful stay.

Hanging the hat

It's a good place to stay for hanging your hat after a long day of exploring what the state has to offer. Near numerous state parks and the river/lake, you don't have to travel far or long to find someplace new. Adam was quick in addressing some needs while we were there and overall a good host.
