Theatre - Fire Table - High End Executive Home

Enjoy a modern experience at this centrally located executive home. Several features such as a HOME THEATRE room. SUNROOM and FIRE TABLE, you will feel like you have stepped into luxury. Minutes to all amenities including food, shopping, ATB Centre, Enmax Centre, and hospital, along with many other amenities.

Our home is on a quiet street with minimal traffic, a great place to relax. Whether you are visiting Lethbridge for work, family, or pleasure, our home will help you relax and unwind.

Our executive home has an open floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements feature 2 king-size beds and 2 queen beds. The couch is not a pull-out but could easily sleep another 1 or 2 people as it has very deep seat cushions. The THEATRE room has an additional 2 very large couches, with a fantastic surround sound system in a black-out room.
You will have full access to the home and yard except for the garage.

- All beds have mattress protectors and new sheets
- All pillows have protectors
- Black out curtains in all bedrooms
-2nd TV in the living room with complimentary Netflix
- Grassed and fully fenced backyard
- Backyard is on the east side of the house and is therefore largely protected from the wind
- Brand new BBQ and utensils

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. There were a few things that could have given a 5 star. There were no chairs in the bedrooms. Sitting on a bed is not the best way to dress or undress. There were so many switches for the many light fixtures, it was difficult to figure which one operated which light. There were inadequate instructions available for operating the Nest thermostat. We could never get the temperature right. We would not hesitate to stay there again

Check in was easy, the neighborhood was quiet and cute and it was easy to get anywhere in Lethbridge!

Excellent Find!

This was the second time six out of the eight of us stayed here. It's a beautiful home, clean and as shown in the pictures. Location was great, restaurant recommendation too. Loved spending time in the sunroom. We would definitely stay again.

A group (7) of "old" university friends getting together for 4 days to spend some time together. We were very lucky to pick this property as was in a great location and was an extremely nice property that easily accommodated all of us. The property was in immaculate shape and well equipped. It has a very nice screened in three season room with a gas fireplace which was amazing to sit around in the evening. Would definitely book again and would strongly recommend.

Highly Recommend

Our family of 8 adults stayed and we found the home spacious, very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood which is centrally located with easy access to downtown and west Lethbridge. The kitchen is well equipped and even had a variety of spices and cooking oil. The welcome gift basket was a nice touch. We enjoyed the ambience of the sunroom with fire table and outdoor lighting. Would highly recommend a stay at this property.

Great House, Modern & Comfortable

A group of us came to Lethbridge to attend a concert and were surprised to find a VRBO allowing a 1-night stay. Even more surprising and pleasing was this really comfortable, modern, and well-appointed home. We all had a great stay and loved the enclosed patio room. This was a perfect house for a traveling group. Thanks!

Excellent set up

Property was very clean and well set up. Beds comfy. Property manager great communicator. Location makes it easy to get to any Lethbridge location. Would definitely stay here again.

Property is absolutely fantastic and as described. Lots of little extras that most places / hosts overlook. Only a couple things for me and it’s a me thing. 1- me and family are tall folks so the furniture in the living room is the new style low to the ground and short back rest couch so for me uncomfy for me. Again this is just a me issue. 2- would have been nice to have a TV in the two master bedrooms. Again this is just a me preference. I will definitely be booking again when I am back in Lethbridge and will be recommending this property to other family and friends to stay at when they come here. Heather is an awesome host and responds fast.

The most wonderful stay at Lethbridge

The place is the perfect vacation home for a big family to enjoy. It feels like a staycaction because of how homey the place feels. The kids love the theater room and we played many round of boardgames to add to this great family weekend getaway. Thanks for everything.

Lethbridge Stay

Fantastic house, adorable street, hosts thought of many details (comfortable sheets, amenities in bathrooms, labeled cupboards so it’s easy to find your way around the kitchen). Very enjoyable stay, highly recommended.
