Two bedrooms on first floor and two on second floor. Bedrooms have chair, reading lamp, and closet with extra blankets and pillows, hanging rods, and shelves, 2 windows with a lot of light and room darkening shades/blinds.

Everything was great about the property. The house is beautiful and super clean. The reason for 4 stars is because checkout is at 11. We packed the cars by 10 and I guess that was seen through the camera and at 10 O'clock the cleaning lady showed up. We wanted to take a walk along the beach before we hit the road but we cut it short because we felt rushed and didn't want to be in anyone's way. Like I said, our stay was comfortable. Its a really nice place for a large party or family.

Nice and quiet — worth the stay

My work associates and I had an off-season, extended stay which was very pleasant. The house is clean and the neighborhood is quiet. Plenty of towels and linens, and a well-appointed kitchen. Bathrooms have Charmin TP! There is enough off-street parking for 3 vehicles. Our host was very responsive with any questions or issues that we had. Would def stay here again. :)

The property was exactly as advertised. The house was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The bunk bed room was great for the teens and the other rooms were spacious. We spent time hunting for treasures at the beach and visiting local beaches finding shark teeth and other fun things. We enjoyed the neighborhood and local places. We hope to visit again in the future.

This reservation was impacted by a one‑time calendar sync error when we expanded to a second booking platform. I contacted the guest immediately, offered multiple alternatives—including one of my other homes at the same price—and provided several comparable listings in the area. The issue has been fully resolved and cannot recur. We take guest experience seriously and appreciate feedback that helps us continue improving.
