This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is centered in the perfect location:
Fort Stevens State Park is 3 miles down the street where you can explore biking trails, have a beach bonfire, or simply drive and observe nature at its finest.
The Hammond Marina is 4.6 miles down the road to launch your boat during the ever popular fishing/ crabbing season. The Skipanon boat launch is 3.4 miles.
Astoria is 18 minutes away- museums, great food, and neat shops scattered through town.
The house has many key features we find appealing.
The long driveway to this house will accommodate a truck and boat combination or even an RV parking space.
The Kitchen has an amazing layout that will be sure to impress. After a day of adventure you could easily cook up a great meal. Bar stool seating allows friends or family to keep company while cooking.
There is a lot of natural light into the house which compliments the vaulted ceilings. The living room has a large TV and a gas fireplace.

Very well stocked kitchen. Great place to stay. Not to far from lots of things to do. The welcome book even had recomendations of places to eat if you wanted.

Lovely home with plenty of space for everyone to relax. An additional bonus it the driveway was big enough for a truck and boat trailer plus a second vehicle.

Property is just exactly like it is shown in the presentation. Very quiet and close to Seaside Oregon, which is a lovely little town to shop and eat. I would recommend this a family or just a couple. Host was great and was very responsive.

Old Fishin' Guys

5 of us came to hit the river for salmon fishing, and this place was great for us. We had room for the boat, and the home owner even dropped off a cutting board and filet knife. The owners made contaced us well before our stay and we had good conversations.

Good stay

The property was nice, exactly what is seen in the pics. The master bathroom only has a shower with a very small unique door in, no bathtub. Plenty of towels and the host even offered to bring up a folding table and a larger cutting board since we were fishing in Astoria :) I did have to contact the host about an issue and she was so quick to respond and resolve the issue. I appreciate how quick she was at responding.
