Laundry room is available and SHARED with upstairs host, if needed, with notice.

This is a basement apartment in a quiet, safe neighborhood, I have lived here 31 years. I live upstairs with 2 dogs, and 2 birds, dogs bark, birds chirp, you may hear them from time to time. In the winter, contracted snow removal comes early afternoon, so be aware that if you are leaving early snow may be in the driveway.
