Full, private basement, with lots of natural light from above ground windows and picturesque mornings. 2 bedrooms, king bed and 2 twin beds. This property is perfect after a day of play or travel. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer and laundry facilities. A park is located directly across the street with pickleball courts, large park, and 1-mile paved walking path with Gorgeous Mountain View. I-15 is a straight drive east on 5600 S.

Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, river rafting, hiking, skiing in the winter. Only 30-45 minutes from some of the best skiing anywhere! Snow Basin, Powder Mountain, & Nordic Valley. Easy freeway access to Park City, Hill AFB, Salt Lake City, and everywhere in between. Close to shopping & dining in every direction. Just 15 minutes from downtown Ogden. Also, easy access to public transportation, if needed.

If life has you visiting local hospitals, you have McKay Dee Hospital and Ogden Regional to the east, Davis Hospital and Layton IHC to the the south.

Experience all we have to have offer during all 4 seasons of the year. Play or work, Northern Utah is Amazing!

**Potential for noise. Kids and pups live here so while we aren't typically rambunctious, there is potential for noise and occasional bark. We love having guests and are happy to accommodate. We are even known to leave warm, homemade, chocolate chip cookies on occasion when you arrive.

Great stay!

The space was perfect for us and our two young daughters, staying for a long weekend. It was very cozy and true to description! We really appreciated the kid friendliness and thoughtfulness of small touches that made traveling with kids easier (toys available, kids plates, utensils and cups and proximity to the fun park.) Host was very responsive and made our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Graduation Day

I traveled from CA to be at my granddaughter's high school graduation and to see her five siblings too! Location near a park and living space were great. I made great time arriving and Rebecca accommodate me with an early check in.

Kid-Friendly and Wonderfully Equipped

Amazing space—perfect for families! The kids had a blast with the awesome toys, especially the play kitchen. The adult kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was fantastic; we walked to the park and had a great time. We could hear the family upstairs occasionally, but it wasnt a problem. The hostess was incredibly responsive and kind. Such a special and memorable stay!

This basement apartment with two bedrooms was great! Separate entrance and full kitchen were perfect for my needs. Rebecca was always quick to respond and very helpful. I’ll definitely stay here anytime I’m in town visiting.

Perfect Stay

This is one of the best. It is spacious and homey. It has real furniture and mattresses (not the flimsy cheap stuff). There is a great park right across the street with a nice walking path, playground, and courts. The host is great—perfect communication and very friendly. I would highly recommend it and will stay here again. :)

Cold but a good Bed

We stayed a week visiting our son and granddaughter. There is no separated heat control. The king bed is pretty good. The kitchen has lots of pots and pans with adequate dishes and cutlery. However, no serving bowls. The pictures represented windows but they are only in the bedrooms so it is very dark. TV is tiny but works well. There is a family with at least one dog upstairs making it quite loud at times.

Clean basement apartment

Clean, nice basement apartment that provided everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay. There was a bit of noise from above, but that is what comes with a basement apartment and family life with kids. The owner was responsive and helpful.Had a bit of trouble checking in where the access code that was supposed to be automatically sent was not included, but the owner is correcting that for the future.Its too bad that some other tenants from a previous stay damaged a sofa and added drama and a bunch of back and forth regarding damages and who was responsible.

iFly Trip to Ogden

This property is great! The owners are easy to work with. There is only one bathroom for 2 bedrooms and a sleeping area in the living room. Hence, I would suggest the owners install mirrors in the bedrooms, especially the bedroom with the King bed. By the way, that King bed was SUPER COMFY. There were Nice linens and pillows throughout, and instant oatmeal and snacks to welcome us too. We loved having a piano there! I gave this property 4 out of 5 stars for location only because it's a bit of a drive West of I-15 and the road the house is on is a bit busy-a little tricky to get out of the driveway sometimes. However, it is right by a beautiful park with lots of fun things to do, as the listing states. Great job, Rebecca.

The mountains, sunrises, and park are a great advantage of this property. Go for a walk, throw a frisbee, play on the playground or challenge your brother to a game of pickleball. It's free and so much fun.
