Located just 9 minutes from Copacabana beach, it is close to the best restaurants, markets, and shops in the area! Additionally, it is 7 minutes from the Cardeal Arcoverde metro station.
For clearer and more transparent communication, we inform the following information about the use of the garage:
Entry is prohibited in the condominium garage for floors G to G5 for the following car brands: Toyota Hilux (SRV and SW4), Chevrolet S10 (high chassis and single cabin), Volkswagen Amarok and similar models of the same size. These models are only allowed access to ground floor and basement garages.
Guests are not authorised to enter with companions in the garage for movements between floors G5 to basement and vice versa. Only the vehicle driver may access the garage. Companions must wait in the entrance hall of the reception or outside the building.
Use of ramps:
It is mandatory to turn on the headlights when using the ramps.
Vehicles going down the ramp must wait for the complete opening of the gate.
The vehicle going up the ramp will ALWAYS have priority on the route.
Parking spaces on floors G and G1 are exclusively for residents. Only in emergency cases may guests use them with prior authorisation from the porter, and only until 10am.
The entry authorisation card must be placed on top of the vehicle's dashboard in a visible manner to facilitate communication.
Lifts:
Guests of apartments ending in 01, 02, 03 and 04 should use the lifts in block A (right side of the building).
Guests of apartments ending in 05, 06, 07 and 08 should use the lifts in block B (left side).

Services such as: cot, early check-in and late check-out may have additional charges, in case of doubts contact for further clarification
To ensure everything goes smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:
The reception is not authorised to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your bags here at our agency.
It is not permitted to make noise after 10 pm (Noise Ordinance).
The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.
Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different rubbish bags.
Use the service entrance and lift when carrying luggage or swimwear.
When leaving the apartment, check that you have switched off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the landlord deducting £100 per day from the security deposit.
Our check-in is carried out from 3 pm and our check-out before 11 am. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.
For each booking, we provide 1 set of bedding per bed and one towel per guest. Bed and bath linen exchange service can be hired and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.
Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of the stay and are not replenished.
All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
