Courtside 62 - Spacious 3BR - Pool/Lagoon View - Short Walk to Beach

Courtside 62 is a 3 story upstairs townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The top floor (3rd) is a large primary suite. Courtside is next to the world famous Van Deer Meer tennis center and 1.5 blocks from the beach (5 to 7 minute walk). Guests at Courtside have access to Tennis Court time at Van Der Meer Tennis Center located adjacent to the property. The court time is free and based on availability and may be limited to 1 hour per day. This community has 2 on site pools and unit #62 overlooks one of them plus a peaceful lagoon with a fountain. Parking is directly in front of each condo, with additional spaces surrounding the building. Courtside is located in South Forest Beach, just 1/2 mile from Coligny Plaza which includes numerous shops, restaurants and a grocery store. This is a great location for all island activities including the new Low Country Celebration Park located just off of Pope Avenue. There is a King in the primary plus 2 fold out twin beds in front of the bay window. Bedroom 2 also has a King bed and Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed plus a trundle nook as shown in the photos.
All of the mattresses in the unit have recently been replaced. Living area has smart TV. The courtyard deck has a spiral staircase providing direct access to the pool and lagoon in the courtyard. This unit is totally renovated with LVP flooring and fully updated kitchen with lots of storage and plenty of space. Unit 62 is a block and a half from the beach and walking distance to Pope Avenue & Coligny Plaza's active dining hotspots and shopping.

Amazing experience!!

The condo was so nice and clean. It was up to date. Perfect location for us, because we had friends staying at Courtside as well.

Great Townhome

The townhouse was great! Short walk/bike ride to the beach. Very clean and check in and check out was very easy. Everything was as stated in the listing. Would stay here again!

Great location. The dishwasher didn’t work well and stopped working the last day. The third bed in the upstairs bedroom isn’t really a bed. It’s a hard, thin pull out—my son had to put extra padding on it. But other than that, we enjoyed it and would recommend it.

One room with a king for my husband and I, one room with enough bedding for our daughters famiky of 4. And on the top floor a beautiful suite perfect for our newly married son and his wife! Great for families

Great walkable location near Coligny Beach and shopping/restaurants. The neighbors were very friendly. The floor plan was perfect for our two families, with the children sharing the uppermost primary bedroom level. The only downside was that the pool wasn't open quite yet (it opened the day after we left), which was one of the main reasons we booked. It was okay though since the beach was a 5 minute walk away.Check-in and check-out was easy and the property management was very responsive. We would definitely book this property again.

Overall, very pleased with the management company and their quick response to the issues that we were having during the day. Not happy about the condition with the temperature upstairs and it constantly resetting back to 85° throughout the night throughout the day we had to reset it every two hours, that was a struggle, especially while sleeping and waking up with 85 to 88° and in a pool of sweat. Enjoyed the size of the apartment the location as to the pool and as to the beach. People in the area in the complex very pleasant pool was very clean and well kept.
