Fully renovated apartment with new kitchen and appliances; modern and cozy furniture throughout. The entrance to the apartment is on the second floor. The main common area, the living room, has an easy-to-connect-to projector that guests can use for entertainment purposes. Along with 2 pull-out couches. All bedrooms have a Roku TV and a remote-controlled ceiling fan with an LED-changing light bulb. There is an accessible washer and dryer in the master bathroom.

It was great. Beds comfortable, bathrooms clean. We wanted a spot close to the train stations to go into the city and this was it. We got lucky and found close street parking. It all worked out great!

Short stay for a family vaca

There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. It was an adorable 2nd floor apartment unit! There was a strong urine smell upon entering and the electricity had a hard time keeping up with all of the ac's running at the same time. Parking can be sketchy if you have more than 1 vehicle as its a 1 way street with on street parking. Overall cute place. I would stay there again.

Nice place but loud

The place was clean and had everything we needed. But couldn’t sleep people out front playing music most of the night.

Family vaca

The house was super cute! It was crazy different from what I'm used to. The houses were all tall and skinny so it was fun to get to see how they were laid out. The neighborhood was pretty quiet, everyone respected night time, there were no loud cars or music. It was the perfect distance from the ferry into New York and Newark-Penn Station. Overall the house had lots to do with cards and board games, the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, and he had air conditioners in every room. I would stay there again.

Beautiful apartment and clean

Nicely remodeled, middle apartment of three floors. The neighborhood wasn't the best nor the worse. Uber is your ride everywhere its 7.2 from airport and 3.5 from train. Nothing walking distance but neighborhood stores. Nice overall

Reasonable stay

We were attending a wedding in NJ. The condo was sufficient for our needs. Not the best neighborhood but reasonable price for the accommodation. Charles was pleasant to deal with
