ABOUT THIS PROPERTY
Located near all major Poconos attractions for summer and winter fun such as Camelback Ski Resort, Kalahari, Mt Airy Casino etc. This house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, fully furnished, modern appliances, a large kitchen, a dining room with chairs, a large living room that also has an outdoor jacuzzi, and you can't miss the games. Come and enjoy more fun. It belongs to Pocono Farms community with access to outdoor pools, private beach, rowboats, canoes, kayaks, fishing, playgrounds, clubhouses, lakes, outdoor pavilion, Cafe/Snack Bar and many more great amenities.

The house is spacious and in a great location near many Poconos attractions. The jacuzzi was a nice touch and helped us relax—especially after sleeping on uncomfortable beds.However, there were several issues that affected our stay. I was required to purchase a 59 Property Damage Protection plan, which wasn't mentioned upfront. One of the main reasons I booked this property was for the game room, but the games were unusable. The pool sticks were damaged—missing rubber grips or broken entirely. The ping pong table pictured wasn’t there, and the one provided was broken and sticky.The kitchen was poorly stocked with basics like trash bags, napkins, or paper towels, even though we were required to take out trash in specific bags. Cookware was very old, and the nonstick pans were peeling. Beds were extremely uncomfortable—we ended up sleeping on top of the covers and left a day early because of back pain. The master bathroom also had peeling plaster on the wall, which made it feel unfinished.The home has potential and space, but it needs better maintenance and more accurate listing details. With a few key improvements, it could be a great rental.

There aren’t many positive comments I can make about the property other than the house is big and has potential. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was poor. The countertops were sticky and had glass marks and residue all over them. The sheets under the comforter looked like they had just been slept in. The hot tub smelled like lake water and was cloudy. The adults had no interest and did not go into the hot tub which was one of the main reasons why we rented this property. The initial communication with the property manager was also poor. We purchased the place on a Tuesday for Friday and Saturday night stays. On Tuesday the manager asked for names and ages of all guest. We gave 6 names but invites were out that we didn’t get responses to yet. We said once we have a definite list, we would reach out. The very next day (Wednesday), we gave her the finalized list. She said we were too late. The list needed to be in 3 days before 1st rental day (Friday). That information was never given to us. It also is not listed in the VRBO app. We had to pay extra for one of our guests to utilize the amenities. We found opened bottles of liquor in a few cabinets. The games in the game room were practically unusable for any friendly competition. All of the pools sticks were broke, the sand in the shuffle board was clumped with dust and dirt. FYI bring towels and paper products even though we were told they would be available.

Awesome time

Diana welcomed us to her home for the weekend and it was a great time. House was beautiful and super clean and messaging with her was easy.

We stayed this home from 08/16-08/18. We were not happy with our stay. Pros: Hot tub was good. Cons: All Bathrooms need to be upgraded. We had to use only one bathroom for shower as the main bathroom shower was not working, we received a note from Host when we were driving to Poconos. Bathrooms flooring needs to upgraded. There were no sufficient or extra comforters provided. All bedroom doors are making sound when opening. There were no plates, water or beer glasses in the kitchen

Beautiful stay

My sisters and cousins and I had an amazing get away weekend here at Diana’s lovely place. The place was exactly how it is shown in pictures. The Jacuzzi was a plus as well as the game room. We had so much fun! The kitchen was spacious and beauriful and a great space for all of us to come together and make our meals. The Stores were a good 8 min drive for us to get what we needed for the home. The only flaw would probably just be the beds due to it being a little uncomfortable but besides that everything was perfect and we would definitely book again. Thank you for having us!

Todo estuvo perfecto, el cuarto de juegos, el jacuzzi, la casa en general muy linda. Lo único en lo que deben poner más atención es en el wifi de la casa. De ahí todo bien. La comunicación con Diana fue muy buena, ella siempre estuvo preguntando sobre como estaba todo en la casa. Muchas gracias Diana, seguramente volveremos.

Excellent place

An excellent place to spend a few days with the family, the house is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Everything clean and easy to access and the manager is very friendly. I would return home without thinking twice.

We liked this community because it is quiet, security is very safe, it has different attractions to spend with family and friends.
Above all, that peace that I still feel when breathing, the wonderful sunrise in the middle of the forest, the sounds of the animals, it is nice to get out of the daily routine.

It is a very beautiful place, pleasant, large, an ideal space for large families in summer. The community has outdoor pools, a lake for swimming, an area to sunbathe for a while, games for children, fishing places, places to have barbecues.
