Just steps from the Fayetteville Square, our Center Street condo is the perfect location for enjoying the city. The Square has everything to offer: shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and the Farmer's Market on Saturdays! The condo comes with a designated parking spot in a covered garage right across the street!

Our one bedroom condo offers open concept living room/dining room/kitchen with almost 1000sq feet of downtown space! We have a California King size bed, a bathtub/shower combo, and updated appliances with a 5 stove electric burner and double ovens! We also have 2 ice makers in our refrigerator. You’ll find everything you need to enjoy your day in beautiful Fayetteville!

We offer YouTube TV, Netflix, and Peacock streaming for our guests to enjoy (TV in the bedroom and living room). We even offer NFL Redzone for the NFL fans.

Nearby are a multitude of restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and the arts! Feel free to contact the host with any questions or recommendations. Farmers markets on Saturday’s are a must!!
We have 1 designated covered parking space for guest use during stay

**There is meter parking on Center Street if you want to park directly out front. $00.50/hr with free nights and weekends. **We are located within the ORA (Outdoor Refreshment Area) for those 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages in designated cups! **There is an external Ring Doorbell camera at the front door that records sound and video with motion activation

Such a charming place & location is amazing! Steps away from dining, shopping & farmer’s market on the square. The place was clean & inviting and as described. Communication with host was excellent. We would stay again and have already recommended to others.

Awesome location right off the square. Was perfect for a game weekend in Fayetteville. Unit was very clean and exactly as presented online. Host was super responsive to questions and check in very easy.

Lovely host & amazing place!!!

Perfect location, lovely apartment!

This apartment has everything needed for the perfect stay in Faye! The space is beautifully decorated, with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed and living room, washer/dryer, kitchen table for dining… we had everything we needed and more! We were in for Parent’s Weekend and the location to the square and campus was so convenient too! Communication was spot on as well. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be back!

A True Gem

I cannot say enough about our accommodations and our host. The property was spot on as described. Our host went above and beyond to provide us with options for restaurants, things to do and must see during our stay. The property was spotless and had every amenity you could ask for. We will, without a doubt, be staying at this property every time we visit Fayetteville. I would rate 10 stars if it were an option.
