Zzzzz by the Sea is charming and well maintained. The home is nicely laid out with plenty of room for 6 people. The bedrooms (3) are spacious with skylights for plenty of natural light. The fireplaces were terrific for cool evenings. The Dutch door was also great to let in the refreshing California cool weather. The private outdoor deck was nicely situated for us to enjoy the outdoors.The home is on Mission Street near the Sunset Cultural Center. For those the attending Bach Festival performances, getting there will be a breeze. It is also near the Mission Trail, which is lovely for short hikes. (We even saw a doe and fawn in our back yard on two different days). It is also within walking distance to shops and restaurants. My family found all furnishings (beds/sofa) to be comfortable. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and the large table was good for a group of our size. (5 adults) All communications with the Host were met with timely responses. In fact, VRBO had originally incorrectly mapped the property and took no responsibility for the incorrect information. The Host was very helpful during all communications and gracious in addressing/resolving VRBO's error. Checkin instructions were sent in a timely manner and checkout instructions were clear.
