Two bedroom, one bath ranch-style property in quiet, safe neighborhood. Large open kitchen and living room with dinette allows you to socialize while you make dinner. Lots of windows, large L couch and hardwood floors. The backyard is fenced-in (great for dogs) and extremely spacious with amenities such as a grill, outdoor tables and chairs, garden with drip system, firepit, hammock, lighting and automatic sprinklers.
Walking distance to Huston Lake Park with pickleball, basketball, walking paths, fields and more. Close to Wash Park, Platte River Trail, South Broadway, Red Rocks, downtown, etc. Easy access to both i25 and i70 for travel to the mountains.
Amenities include AC, fast internet, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, large kitchen.
Deposit of $1,800 and background check required. Non-refundable dog deposit of $200 for cleaning.
